We were trying to keep our home but had gotten some bad advise on how to prepare the Chapter 13. Time was very tight to complete everything and we weren't going to make the deadline we needed to stop an expedited auction of our home. Jenny agreed to see us on short notice and in less than an hour she... had enough information to get the process moving properly. Within a few days and a couple of brief meetings, Jenny had it under control and ready to file. Jenny was thoroughly professional at every step but really easy to work with, awesome in fact. Everything was explained as she got the filing ready, we talked, joked and I wasn't sure I was with a lawyer. She really put me at ease. This lady is friendly, approachable and quite personable. Definitely not the shark-eyed, soulless lawyer we're all used to! Look in her eyes and there's a real person home...and she gets it. We are still in our home because of her efforts and that is just plain fact! I wouldn't hesitate an instant to retain Jenny again or recommend her to anyone that asked. Search as long as you like...good luck finding a better lawyer.
