Daniel has been handling our Collapse Coverage case against insurance companies. Knowing how long usually law suits take, we thought it will take years for our case to resolve. Fortunately for us we hired right attorneys. Daniel has put a lot of effort into our case to make sure we get the best results in shorter time period than initially anticipated.
His recommendations were always well thought out and strongly reflected his phenomenal depth of knowledge. Daniel is not only experienced professional, but also is very passionate about what he does.
We could not hope for better results for our association than what Daniel and his partners provided for us.
If you are looking for trustworthy professional who can deliver great results in relatively short period of time - look no further!

As a condominium homeowners board, we had never been through a legal proceeding of this scale/scope (insurance claim). We were quite pleased with Dan’s work – from his guidance through the process to his knowledge of the law and his ability to find elements of the insurance policies that allowed for a larger settlement that anticipated. It was his expertise that allowed us to settle (out of court through mediation) with all four insurance companies involved, so we could move forward with our building repairs. We would highly recommend Dan for any type of insurance claim.

On our previously submitted & approved review I accidently clicked 'poor' instead of 'excellent' when rating Dan Houser. Dan is an excellent attorney who represented our 124 unit condo property in claims against 2 previous insurers. Even though our property was 30 years old at the time we won a settlement from both insurance companies that helped us start a $5million repair project. Please read my original review for more detail.
