I answered a TV ad and filed a bankruptcy case with Phillips and Webster. I don't think I ever met my attorney of record, Bennett A. Taylor, and spoke to him only once on the phone. I never got his card. The attroney who showed up at the 341 hearing graduated only 5 months before and also had no card. I don't know who he was. I did speak to an attorney and received a card, but when I attempted to e-mail him, the e-mail account had been inactivated. When we arrived at the 341 hearing, we learned that the paperwork had never been submitted to the court.
Thomas Coy, Residential real estate Attorney
I have known Bennett for a number of years now, and worked with him in the consumer bankruptcy field. Bennett has a sharp and inquisitive legal mind and in my experience and observation is always focused on how best he can serve his clients.
Teri Johnson, Chapter 7 bankruptcy Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Bennett is an intelligent and knowledgeable attorney. He knows the law very well and has a sharp legal mind. He conducts himself in a professional manner and truly cares about his clients. I recommend Bennett highly and without hesitation.
