Mark was my attorney for a contentious separation from my former start-up company co-founder.
He provided excellent advice and over many months, we worked closely together on settlement and licensing agreements. Mark represented me in a court hearing where we got the result we desired. As a result, I have been able to keep my new business, and gain immediate customer traction.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark for any business litigation matter.

Mr. Rosencrantz is a diligent and thorough professional. He outlined several options for me to pursue with my case and in each instance, presented his opinion of the best outcome. He was my attorney, but he was also my trusted confidant. I had a very positive outcome in my case thanks to Mark's council and efforts.
Not only does he defend his clients with the highest level of commitment and professionalism, he is also tireless and aggressive litigator.
I highly recommend Mr. Mark Rosencrantz.

I work with a company who formed an LLC with outside partners in a business venture and associated real estate project. The venture failed and litigation resulted. The litigated issues were extremely complex and involved several other parties related to the business venture entered into by the LLC members.
Through the efforts, skill, and diligence of Mark Rosencranz and his firm,we were able to arrive at acceptable settlements of 3 suits and 1 arbitration. Although we firmly believed in our position, in the beginning several elements of our case were difficult to establish, but Mark and his partner (who were the two primary attornyes in the case) believed otherwise and guided us through to a successful conclusion.
I was very impressed because the level of knowledge and attention to detail required became apparent to me from the beginning and over the entire course of this case, and I feel that we would not have been any where near as successful without the skill and experience of our two primary lawyers - one of whom was Mark Rosencranz.
Mark Jackson, Government contracts Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have referred several commercial and business litigation matters to Mark with complete confidence that the client is in very good hands. Mark is a true "business" litigator -- he understands that settlements are often in his client’s best interests, and he is very good at analyzing cases, finding pressure points, and using them to negotiate favorable settlements. However, should a case need to go to trial, Mark is an experienced and highly skilled trial lawyer with a proven track record of success.
