I hired Mr. Eagle to represent me in my divorce. Mr. Eagle clearly set my expectations for the case and what was expected of both Legal Law Offices and me through the process. I first observed Mr. Eagle while I was unfortunately stuck representing myself in a family law matter after my previous attorney and I concluded the dissolution- what should have been the end was only the beginning. My ex-wife and I have now been in custody and other family law matters for over five years. Because I represented myself for several years and also had some experience working with an attorney, I knew that if things ever got beyond my abilities I would want to work with someone really good. As I would often sit in the courtroom for hours waiting for all the other cases who had legal representation go before me, I would get the benefit of watching many attorneys practice family law. I can tell you that many attorneys are practicing law in an aggressive and inflammatory way. For some this might be a benefit but I see it as an invitation for lengthy, expensive, and unproductive proceedings. What I wanted was someone who would look for solutions, display good ethics and who could navigate difficult situations with confidence and reason. Paul Eagle was there in the courtroom one day and he really impressed me, so much so that I asked his assistant for a card and remembered him years later when I really needed help. What initially made Mr. Eagle stand out was this: Something had happened which put the other party at a disadvantage; most attorneys would have jumped all over this and complicated the matter at hand. Instead, Mr. Eagle saw this as an opportunity to address the situation in a positive way and move forward. He redirected the court's attention to a solution that was agreeable and everyone benefited. This is a distinct rarity! Paul has this knack of working WITH people, not just his clients, but also opposing counsel and the court staff to get through the stickiest of disagreements. Even when he has to be firm, he is still respectful, reasonable and he just plain gets the job done. When I saw how he handled that person's case I knew that I had found someone special. Having worked with Paul over the last year and a half, I am no less impressed than I was initially. Mr. Eagle has also chosen some excellent staff. They are real people and they will be upfront with you. In any legal situation there are going to be times when you need to hear things you don’t want to hear. What I’ve found with Eagle Law Offices is that they are very compassionate and understanding. They really do their best to help you get through the difficult times. Paul has taken his time to ensure I understood what was going on, gave me options, and asked my opinion. I know what it feels like to work with someone who wants to “manage” you and your case. With Mr. Eagle, I feel like we are equal partners. His experience and abilities are truly impressive but he has never made me feel stupid or useless. The other thing I should mention about Paul Eagle is that he has experience in criminal matters, too. Ours was a family law case but the other parent has had criminal issues delaying the family law matter. It has been very helpful that he could offer some insight into those proceedings and timelines as well. I imagine that if one needed his assistance in a criminal matter that he would be just as professional and adept at handling that type of case as he is in family law. Paul is a great lawyer to work with. I recommend him absolutely with no reservations. I could say so much more about my positive experience working with Mr. Eagle but it comes down to this: You shouldn't waste a lot of time and money with other less experienced or rude attorneys as I did nor struggle representing yourself. If you want an experienced attorney to help you through a family law or criminal matter you would be hard pressed to find anyone better than Paul Eagle.

Paul Eagle and Eagle Law offices came to me by chance originally. Then, I was given 3 attorney names from a client of mine with lots of connections and Paul Eagle was one of the 3 names on the list. I knew that it was fate that brought us together in the first place. Mr. Eagle is genuinely the most honest and trustworthy attorney anyone could have. He is beyond reasonable when it comes to his fees and tries to diffuse things from the start vs. trying to run up higher fees. Opposing counsel was very confrontational and Mr. Eagle never took the bait and remained calm and tried to focus on the best interest of the children from the start. He is passionate at what he does and knows the law inside and out 100%. Unfortunately, even though we tried to settle more than once, my case went to trial. This is where Mr. Eagle really shines. His cross examination was spot on and I was so thankful to have him representing me and what was in the best interests of the children. He was able to have the truth come to light while maintaining honor and integrity in the courtroom which was very important to me. He focused on the law every step of the way from motions to trial briefs to closing arguments and I was so grateful to have him on my side. His office staff is also fabulous and it is always pleasant to speak with them. They are very passionate about their clients as well and very receptive to the clients needs. They are very skilled and familiar with the law and are great to work with. In addition, I loved the fact that it was always so easy to get ahold of Mr. Eagle whenever I needed to and phone calls and emails were always promptly returned. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Keep in mind that this was NOT an easy process and was very stressful at times but Mr. Eagle stood by me 100% and kept me focused on what was best for the children. I can say without a doubt that he will be the only attorney I will ever use for family court matters and I recommend him to anyone (father or mother) who needs excellent representation in a family court issue. My case could be a Lifetime movie and he handled everything with the proper legal knowledge, grace and tried to minimize the conflict every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing legal representation.
