Jason graciously helped us to apply and get the trademark for our nonprofit organization.

I heard Jason speak about legal issues for writers at the annual PNWA Conference and decided to seek his help with questions about copyrighting my book and "fair use" issues. He could not have been more approachable, knowledgeable and helpful, starting with his offer to meet me at a coffee shop near where I live in Fremont to save me parking fees downtown. ( I took the bus instead, which was easy.) He answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly and only charged me for a half hour of his time, which was already a bargain rate for these kind of services. He also encouraged me to email with other questions that might come up and suggested an online resource I could use to research a possible third issue so I could decide if I needed to come see him about that or not. Altogether amazing and ego-free. My husband will also use him for questions about his own business.

Jason was very pleasant to work with. He addressed all my questions and concerns without delaying. Very upfront and I would be happy to work with him for any of my future needs.
Gabriel Jimenez, Immigration Attorney
I first met Jason several years ago when we were both associates at a firm together. As such, we got to work closely on several matters. Jason is extremely dedicated to his work and a hard worker. We still talk from time to time to exchange ideas now that we have our own practices. I definitely endorse this lawyer.
