What I like best about working with David’s firm is the emphasis of winning with integrity. We shopped around many lawyers and some immediately wanted to be aggressive and create a “story”. That actually can backfire. It sounds good at first pass and a great marketing strategy for some lawyers.... But I agree with David’s approach, let’s problem solve with integrity. When we laid it out, it was a very viable win and we did not have to compromise our integrity or risk being on the witness stand trying to sound believable. The results?!?.....well, we got the best possible outcome! The claim had low merit. A woman scorned. But in this day and age, it’s important to be very very careful.
