A prosecutor handling a case of mine recently justified an extremely favorable settlement offer based on what he called my 'scorched earth' tactics. I thought that was a bit of an overstatement but perhaps it was not too far off the mark. In another case, my client (a retired FBI special agent) told me he thought I was really sweet at first but then learned that I was a 'real pitbull' when it came to fighting for him. Taken together, I think these comments sum up a lot about me and my practice.
I work very hard for my clients. I examine every angle in each case and when I find the weak points in the prosecution's case, I grab on and refuse to let go. If you are being forced to defend yourself against a serious criminal charge, having someone like me on your side is an absolute must. Give me a call and let's see if we can work together (206) 264-8586.

Casey is amazing. She is tough, confident, and a brilliant lawyer. I have watched her work as a co-worker, colleague, and co-counsel, for years. I am always impressed. Most importantly, she gets outstanding results, even if difficult cases.

If I were charged with a crime, I'd want Casey to represent me. She relentlessly pursues the best possible outcome in every case. She has taken difficult cases to trial and won them. She is clear-headed, has impeccable judgment and is more intelligent than the other side. I've worked closely with her in the past and know a lot about the way she works. Her adversaries fear her.

Ms. Stamm is among the top criminal defense attorneys practicing in the state and federal court systems in western Washington. Her name is at the top of the list of attorneys that I refer serious and complex state and federal felony matters to. I consult with her regularly, and have absolute confidence in her abilities. I strongly endorse Ms. Stamm.

Powerhouse. That's the word that always comes to mind first when I think of Casey. The harder the case, the happier she is - she digs in and hits it hard from every angle. I am so, so glad I've never had to work a case against her. It's an honor to know her, a privilege to be a friend, and a relief to know I have her cell phone number in case of emergency.

Cassandra. Has. No. Fear. She is one of the most brilliant and passionate attorneys I know, and I have been lucky enough to know her for nearly 10 years. She doesn't let anything stand in the way of justice for her clients. I would trust my closest friends and loved ones to her care if they needed assistance in disputing criminal allegations. You cannot go wrong with this lawyer, she's amazing.
