Tom McAllister hails from a small town along the coast of the Carolinas. As a Vanderbilt University graduate, Tom worked for a Washington, DC lobbying firm and studied law at Catholic University. After law school, Tom moved out west in 2004 to begin his law career in western Washington as a public defender in Tacoma. Tom represents those accused of wrongdoing by the authorities, and has expanded his practice to represent small businesses and entrepreneurs working through the maze of municipal, state, and federal regulations.
Known for introducing himself to the jury as a "small-town lawyer from North Carolina," Tom is the classic southern attorney. With that said, don’t let his hometown manners and southern charm fool you as his aggressive and tenacious advocacy brings a fight to the courtroom unmatched by others. Whether your case is in a large metropolitan area or the smallest hamlet, Tom McAllister brings a zealous passion and concern to get the results you need.
