I consulted with Jacob today, I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to speak with me, he was clear and handled every question I asked with care and understanding. He has made a very dark cloud a little brighter.

Jacob helped my husband I through our Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. HIs honesty and willingness to change directions with our circumstances is a true testament to his flexibility and commitment to work with his clients for their best life results.
Jacob was always focused on our needs and desires concerning our real estate. Our rental portfolio was 3 rental properties but our circumstances were complicated and he treated us with the utmost care.
We strongly recommend Jacob as a knowledgable yet open minded attorney. He is not an income driven attorney, but an attorney that gives great value and caring as his greatest assets. He works hard to get his clients the best result possible!

We met Jacob in 2009 when we were trying to receive all the promised reduced loan help for the major Banks (BOA). We were told by these institutions that the only way to have the banks work with us was to get behind in our payments in other words trash our credit. So after 40 years of perfect credit never being late on any kind of a payment we stooped making our mortgage payments. We this just starting the barrage of phones calls. Anywhere from 10 to 15 a day. At this point we sought legal representation. We met with Jacob who instilled trust, confidence, and the belief that we could survive this nightmare and even come out ahead. Jacob very clearly explained the course of action we should take and held our hand through the very scary process of the bankruptcy nightmare. We were able to Keep the income producing properties while cramming down the amount owed and allowing the lending institutions to take back the properties that were not performing. It is my belief that we came out way ahead of the game but we owe the success to Jacob. I would highly recommend him.

I endorse this lawyer. Jacob is one of the most creative and intelligent bankruptcy attorneys in the bar. I have been practicing bankruptcy for ten years and I can honestly say that I learn a new way of looking at debt and bankruptcy issues in every conversation I have with Jacob about a a case. When he approaches a solution for a client, he thinks outside of the box and develops comprehensive solutions that are the client's best interest. I am in awe of what he has done with the Chapter 11 practice he basically created from scratch while maintaining his interest and compassion for consumer clients in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7. I regularly refer cases to him now and ask him for advice to think through difficult issues even though I have been practicing bankruptcy longer than he has.
