They are honest about their approach to cases and how they represent their client's interest - they won't pursue something just to get paid when they thought something wouldn't help me, transparent about costs and expectations, usually timely - communications and documents that need to be filed meet ...deadlines and don't sit, aware, know the labor law, and know how to comply within the employer labor code system. Initially Ada and her plan for my representation made my life easier. But then her customer service became terrible and she nor her partner alerted me of my full breadth of options, what they had the ability to do for me, and what I would need to find a different firm for. This risked my employment and my statute of limitations. I only recommend this attorney to someone like me who has already had an attorney, who is good at critical thinking, and who has evidence a mile high.
