The best of the best!

I have no doubts Paul is among the best when it comes to Immigration Lawyers; he knows the law, he is so friendly & charismatic and I could not possibly put into words just how grateful my husband and I are for his assistance with our marriage-based green card application, along with additional work ...due to my A2 visa. Highly recommend Paul & Choquette Immigration!

We decided to go with Paul for my husband’s green card application after speaking with a few other lawyers. Although Paul was the most expensive, he was also one of the most experienced and helped us feel optimistic and confident throughout the process. My husband was a post-doc on STEM OPT and we we...re living in different cities at the time of filing because of our jobs, so Paul’s advice on the necessary marriage bona-fides was pivotal in our application. As some other reviews have mentioned, Paul can come across as a bit stern and standoffish, but we learned that he is truly invested in your process and future success. Obviously no one cares about our own case as much as we would, so my husband and I were quite persistent about emailing/calling Paul. He is always very responsive and incredibly straightforward in his responses, stemming from his years of successful experiences with other cases. Our application was approved within 8 months of filing with no RFEs. We are planning to have Paul help us again for future immigration paperwork, he and his team are remarkable!

Hire Paul and his Group for your US Immigration Case!

My husband and I worked with Paul Choquette and his firm the Choquette Immigration Law Group for my spousal immigrant visa for the US and we both cannot recommend Paul and his firm enough. Hiring Paul to facilitate this process for us was invaluable. His knowledge, responsiveness, clear understanding... of the process, direction and support from start to finish was completely necessary in a very stressful process. I recommend Paul Choquette to every one of my friends and acquaintances that are in need of an immigration lawyer. Paul literally saved our wedding by educating us on the immigration process, getting all of our documents in order, filing for my husband's green card and making sure we had our ducks i...n a row before tying the knot- we were so young when we got engaged and we had that "oh, it will all work out" kind of attitude without understanding the intricacies of a cross national relationship and the immigration challenges that come with it. We reached out to Paul for a consultation, and thank goodness we did. He worked with our timeline, expedited paperwork, coached us, encouraged us and answered every single one of our thousands of questions. We received my husband's green card with months to spare before our wedding (even the immigration officer at our appointment was shocked at how fast in processed). We reached back out to Paul when we were ready to apply for citizenship, and my husband received his American citizenship last August. Paul took what should have been an incredibly stressful time in our life and made it one of the most memorable and good humored periods of our relationship. My husband and I have been happily married for over six years and have one amazing kiddo now. We owe so much to Paul and to the Choquette Immigration Law Group.
