Great services, Fast, Clear, and most fun person to work with.

My Fiancé and I applied for A K1 fiancé visa in march 2020, and we needed a lawyer, We chose to work with Paul from Choquette Immigration Group because they had great reviews and my husband liked his personality. He spoke with my husband on the phone and explained the whole process before we signed a... contract, we were really impressed with the professional attitude he had a willingness to help us before we were even clients. He didn´t charge us for this consultation, he seemed more concerned with getting us the right information and steering us in the right direction. We chose Paul over the other 3 lawyers we spoke to and we were not disappointed, Filling a k1 visa in the middle of a pandemic was not easy and a long process, but we would still be stuck in this process without Paul and his attention to detail. The K1 visa process was paused in France from April 2020 to March 2021 because of the pandemic, but when they started processing visas again, we were among the first to have our interview scheduled at the embassy in April 2021, and I moved to America a month later. Then we still had to wait for the government to process our case after we got married in May 2021, and at the End of February i received my green card, we did not even need to do the green card interview because our file was so complete that it was enough. Paul helped us get all of the right documents and took the time to help us relax in this stressful process, handling everything. We are definitely going to work again with Paul in the future for renewing my green card and then to apply for citizenship. They helped us with each step explaining exactly what we had to do in this long process and made it very easy for us. Thanks a lot, Paul!

10/10 Recommend!

I recommend Paul Choquette to every one of my friends and acquaintances that are in need of an immigration lawyer. Paul literally saved our wedding by educating us on the immigration process, getting all of our documents in order, filing for my husband's green card and making sure we had our ducks i...n a row before tying the knot- we were so young when we got engaged and we had that "oh, it will all work out" kind of attitude without understanding the intricacies of a cross national relationship and the immigration challenges that come with it. We reached out to Paul for a consultation, and thank goodness we did. He worked with our timeline, expedited paperwork, coached us, encouraged us and answered every single one of our thousands of questions. We received my husband's green card with months to spare before our wedding (even the immigration officer at our appointment was shocked at how fast in processed). We reached back out to Paul when we were ready to apply for citizenship, and my husband received his American citizenship last August. Paul took what should have been an incredibly stressful time in our life and made it one of the most memorable and good humored periods of our relationship. My husband and I have been happily married for over six years and have one amazing kiddo now. We owe so much to Paul and to the Choquette Immigration Law Group. Let Paul be on your boat!

Hey if you want that 100% succeed rate, you need Paul. I found Paul online just like you are reading all these reviews, It's been 2 years since he worked on my case. All communications are straight forward and well guided in detail at each step. Once you have your first phone call with him, you can t...ell this is the pro that you need! Be prepared for a dense information conversation, because if it is easy, you won't need a lawyer. And in the case of needing a lawyer, you'd better choose the best one!

The Best!!

Paul was the best! Even though Rona made things take longer, Paul was always on it! Very quick responses and answered all our questions! Because of him, my wife now has her green card. She was a visa over stay and now a legal resident. Our family is very grateful. Well worth every penny!
