Very effective immigration attorny

Mr Choquette successfully got me through the complex process of applying for a Green Card sponsored by a business ten years ago. Given how things are changing rapidly with Immigration these days I requested his services again for my naturalization. During the lengthy waiting times, especially with th...e naturalization, Mr Choquette was very diligent with communications addressing concerns and setting expectations about the process. I also have to say that he was a great ‘coach’ right before the final interview calming my nerves down. I strongly recommend his very experienced and professional service. I can attest that he gets the job done all the way to citizenship.

H1b extension

I found Paul after lots of research online due to a difficult issue with H1B extension. Paul is very professional and sharp. The moment we were on the call, he went straight to my case, helped me understand the situation, and provided me ideas and strategies on how to solve my urgent problem. Since H...1b filing is through my employer, he also took his evening time to talk with the lawyer at my workplace. There is no doubt that he genuinely cares about his clients. Surprisingly, when I asked him the fee I should pay, he said that he does not charge a consultation fee. He is not only a lawyer with competency, but also a great lawyer with genuine care for his clients. I strongly recommend him as your lawyer.

Unrivaled Legal Representation

What can I say about Paul that hasn't already been said below? Simply put, Paul is a national treasure. My wife needed to file for residency, and I was referred to Paul by a co-worker, who he also successfully represented both on the green card, and citizenship application. Paul did not disappoin...t. The immigration process can be an intimidating and stressful labyrinth to undertake, but with Paul's guidance, patience and preparation, he transforms it from an intimidating labyrinth into a thrilling journey. Paul is honest, kind, courteous and genuinely cares about your immigration journey as a client, and as a person with hopes and fears. From our day one in-person introduction meeting, Paul reviewed the entire process with us, in detail, and ensured that we were always beyond prepared in order to set us up for success. He was always honest and patient, took the time to listen and understand our needs, and thoroughly addressed our many questions/concerns (sometimes repeat questions). Additionally, we were never rushed or made to feel like we were asking dumb questions, Paul always demonstrated a great level of empathy, and made us feel comfortable, and most importantly thoroughly prepared throughout the entire process. In short, Paul is extremely thorough to say the least, and his preparation and attentiveness have no rival. Paul's experience and success are clear from day one. His experienced with the process is self-evident, he has a long history of successfully representing clients, and the USCIS knows this. It was remarkably clear during the interview process that the USCIS knows Paul's clients are all carefully vetted and prepared for success. Highly recommend

My husband and I had a great experience working with Paul. He thoroughly explained every step of my K1 and green card immigration process, ensuring we were well prepared and it went smoothly. He is knowledgeable, confident, efficient and patient in answering every single one of our questions/concerns.... He made sure that we had all of the documents supporting our relationship and really helped to ease any stress we felt going through the process. We really enjoyed working with him and will be again when we have to remove the conditions on my green card!
