Best Immigration Lawyer in Seattle!

If you are looking for an immigration lawyer, you can stop your search now and contact Paul. He is the best immigration lawyer in Seattle because he is knowledgeable, responsive and precise. I talked and dealt with a few lawyers on my green card application before I found Paul. He is by far the m...ost knowledgeable and capable among them. Since Paul is so experienced, he is able to understand your case quickly, ask the right questions and point you to the right direction right away. He is also very responsive. Whenever I email him with a question, he either calls or writes back within the same day even if it is on the weekend!! You really do not get that with other lawyers in town. It means that he is professional, organized, capable, diligent, and caring. He always says “Many lawyers don’t understand it is not just about dealing with paperwork, it is about dealing with people’s lives.” He is truly compassionate about his profession, and emphatic towards his clients. I approached Paul for help with my removal of condition application ever since some complications arose in my case while working with my previous immigration lawyer. I am so glad that I made the right decision to transfer my case to Paul because he was able to help me clear things up with USCIS immediately and I finally got my Green Card this month!! Paul is very smart and precise. I hear a lot of people even lawyers say it's a roll of a dice when dealing with immigration. I can tell you for sure there is not much to do with luck but has everything to do with an amazing lawyer who is with you every step of the way in making sure everything is filed correctly and is always prepared to deal with the unexpected. I'm counting on Paul with all my immigration matters including my parents' green card application. He helped file my N400 application from scratch, and I feel very confident that it will go smoothly as I am awaiting for the interview date.

Reliable, Very Informed, And Helpful

Paul has been very reliable and helpful throughout the fiancee visa process thus far. Even with the sudden change in immigration policy in February, he swiftly communicated the needed changes and assured our concerns over the phone. Phenomenal and Professional

Writing this review is an obligation toward Mr. Choquette and the service he provided us during the last 18 months. We have a religious saying that “he who does not thank the people is not thankful to God.” Therefore, I will do my best to write this review although I am sure that it won’t be enough t...o show or prove how grateful and thankful I am to work with Paul. When I met Paul 18 months ago, he asked me how I heard about him and his service. I replied that I searched in Google “who is the best immigration lawyer in Seattle?” and his name appeared on the top list. As I got to learn about the green card application process and immigration lawyers, I concluded on how to select a good lawyer: 1- Communication: Paul is very professional. He explained to us every step very thoroughly and was patient. He provided us free consultation at the beginning and told us of the expectations. He replied to our questions in a timely manner via phone or email. He was available weekdays/weekends. He is phenomenal when it comes to communicating and answering questions regarding immigration processes. 2- Paying attention to small details: Filling green card applications is tedious and can be tricky especially when it comes to dates and numbers. I remember that I had to contact and drive three times to the person who sponsored my green card application. Paul did not accept my sponsor’s signature on I-865 form as it was a copy, and he wanted the original. When I got him the original, it was in a blue ink. He requested a signature in a black ink. I respect and appreciate how meticulous and organized he is. 3- Prepare you for the USCIS interview: Paul listed down all the documents that we needed to bring to the green card interview. He scheduled a meeting with us before the interview in order to go through every document we had. 4- Reviews: I read many reviews of Paul services before we decided to consulate him. I can prove that all the positive reviews were on target. Overall, Mr. Choquette was not only our lawyer, but we felt he was a close friend or even a family member. He treated us with respect and was kind to me and my wife. He did not see us as another paycheck. Our application was smooth. I highly recommend his service. I will forever be an advocate for Paul and his business.

My husband and I worked with Paul for a spousal visa. He made the process very smooth and easy. Paul was there to guide and direct us in every step of the application process. He responded to our questions via email in a timely manner. Paul also prepared us for the interview which helped us calm our ...nerves down. Wow! 5 stars all the way! What a great experience and what a great lawyer! From the initial consultation discussing our case all the way to the successful issue of my wife's green card.
