Excellent amazing lawyer, 5/5 will use again

Paul helped me get my naturalization application approved, and become a citizen. I had my oath on the same day as my interview, and I passed! Paul was very helpful, he helped me clarify one aspect about military service at the interview. This was a particularly lengthy process, especially due to t...he COVID. It took in total about 1.5 years from start to end. Paul was available at all times, and every step of the way. He helped prep the application and filled it with USCIS immediately. He was responsive on email, at any point I had a question or concern, and he did an excellent and very professional job preparing me for the interview, and getting me to be successful. 5/5, and I'd use Paul's services again.

Outstanding Immigration Lawyer

When faced with finding an attorney to facilitate the immigration process, I was overwhelmed. I started, like many of you, face in front a screen and plugging through Google and all other review sites. After several hours, I found Paul Choquette Law Group. He has many favorable reviews so I decid...ed to move forward. Paul was very upfront and honest about his need to understand the nature of the relationship with my new Fiancé. After our first discussion, it was very clear to me Paul is very professional and not running an immigration revolving door of clients. He genuinely cares about my situation. Paul was clear about setting reasonable expectations about the immigration process in terms of timing, duration and risks. He had us well prepared for all required steps. As immigration policies change, and they do, Paul was well prepared for all new challenges and keep us on track for a successful Visa. About 3 weeks back, my wife started the final steps of Consulate interviews and very happy to share she is now with me, at our home in America. If you are looking for an immigration lawyer, you can stop your search now and contact Paul. He is the best immigration lawyer in Seattle because he is knowledgeable, responsive and precise. I talked and dealt with a few lawyers on my green card application before I found Paul. He is by far the m...ost knowledgeable and capable among them. Since Paul is so experienced, he is able to understand your case quickly, ask the right questions and point you to the right direction right away. He is also very responsive. Whenever I email him with a question, he either calls or writes back within the same day even if it is on the weekend!! You really do not get that with other lawyers in town. It means that he is professional, organized, capable, diligent, and caring. He always says “Many lawyers don’t understand it is not just about dealing with paperwork, it is about dealing with people’s lives.” He is truly compassionate about his profession, and emphatic towards his clients. I approached Paul for help with my removal of condition application ever since some complications arose in my case while working with my previous immigration lawyer. I am so glad that I made the right decision to transfer my case to Paul because he was able to help me clear things up with USCIS immediately and I finally got my Green Card this month!! Paul is very smart and precise. I hear a lot of people even lawyers say it's a roll of a dice when dealing with immigration. I can tell you for sure there is not much to do with luck but has everything to do with an amazing lawyer who is with you every step of the way in making sure everything is filed correctly and is always prepared to deal with the unexpected. Reliable, Very Informed, And Helpful

Paul has been very reliable and helpful throughout the fiancee visa process thus far. Excellent Immigration Attorney

Paul was very helpful and made filing green cards for my parents a really pleasant and smooth experience. From the time he took upon the case he was forthright, knowledgeable, knew exactly what all needed to be done. He was always available and guided me through the process of procuring paperwork. ...He was spot on regarding regarding how to file as there was confusion in the names of one of the parents. At another instance we could not find the arrival record of my one of my parents' , he was able to get it from USCIS. The birth certificates are always problem to get from India esp for people born before 1960, he guided us well through that. Did not have the marriage certificate for my parents ( aargh), he guided us and gave us ample information for Indian Consulate in San Fran. Ultimately, every thing was timely. He called us over to sign and paper work was done promptly within the hour. Accumulating paperwork took about thirty days for me. after that as he had predicted, notices of receipt, the finger printing, happened spot on time. I was told that it would take about 7 months for entire process from start to finish ( for 90%+ people)...... boy was he wrong or what ( and i am glad he was ;-) ). Took us only 4 months from start to finish. Cant say any thing less about him. Overall i am highly satisfied. he is very personable. I have had prior really bad experience with Shusterman, will never work with him. Paul by comparison is very very different. I highly recommend this attorney.
