Kind, professional, and efficient

Highly recommended. I left a message on their website to request for a consultation appointment on my AOS case. While most places claims to provide free consultation, I was totally prepared for scheduling a paid session. From what I read from Avvo and Yelp, it seems pretty typical that you will ge...t into an hour long consultation which charges you $200+ and may or may not fully answer your question. Some of the top rated lawyers on Yelp fail sometimes too, if you read ALL the reviews. Paul came out as the top of the list as I did not see any negative reviews about his practice. And Paul totally amazed me! He called me up within one hour (maybe 30 mins?) after I left the message. He recapped the situation (as I described in the message), answered my question right away, and outlined next steps. Super efficient and to the point. The whole conversation was 5-10 minutes. Let's just say it is probably not a super tricky question but I had spent 3-4 hours online searching for the answer with no conclusion. I guess the easiness, or difficulty, of the question or the case will depend on how experienced the person you are talking to (in this case, the lawyer). Of course, he also gave me the quote for the full service (concurrent filling for AOS), which is in the higher range from what I heard, but I believe you will get what you pay for. I have seen/heard cases that the lawyer charged much less but then the clients ended up receiving RFE later as the lawyer's office messed up. I was not in my most comfortable financial situation so I decided to move along by myself, but Paul's suggestion was very critical for my first step and I would recommend him for anyone that pursues immigration attorney service.

Mr. Choquette is exceptionally detail oriented. He knows exactly what you need to do and what you need to have documentation wise for a stress free and successful immigration process. He walked us through every step and told us exactly what to expect and how it can play out good or bad. Very Happy We Went With Paul!

Firstly, my then girlfriend/fiance, now wife is from Japan. Due to family issues she came to visit us in Seattle to see my family and I. While visiting my mom sadly passed away. So my girlfriend/fiance still being in Seattle, we had decided to expedite our marriage. But we didn't know exactly what wa...s the right approach for us being able to get married. We contacted Paul through positive reviews. Paul assured us that everything was going to be fine. He detailed how the process of us getting married and her getting a green card would work, and had us be very well prepared during each step. From the beginning of the application to the final interview, Paul had us prepare everything that we needed to make sure that everything went smoothly. He also responded to our questions in a very timely manner whether by phone, e-mail, or in person. Paul is there for you and with you from beginning to the final interview. We can't be thankful enough for having Paul working with us!

Mr. Paul is an amazing lawyer. He helped me get my CR1 visa. He’s very talented and knowledgeable on the immigration process. He’s very easy to talk to and very willing to help. I came to know about Mr. Paul online, he had wonderful reviews from real people in all the platforms he’s on. My wife and I... had no issues working with him. Great immigration lawyer

It has been a pleasure working with Paul. He walked us through the process at every step and communicated in a timely manner. His knowledge and understanding of the USCIS regulations are spot on.
