Professional and Detail Oriented Lawyer.

Paul did a great job at explaining the process ahead through the Fiancée Visa application and Permanent Resident application and what we can do to help our case. He has been with us every step of the way, which in our case was a longer than normal processing time. He prepared us for the interview wit...h detailed instructions. Lastly, the ability to be able to communicate in my native tongue (French) whenever in doubt really helped reduce any stress related to the immigration process. Thank you Paul!

Removal of condition gc and n400 marriage based

I did my condition removal For my green card and my n400 citizenship process with Paul. For the removal I never had to do interview everything was submitted, it was sufficient this was right before covid and under trump. The 10 year card came just on time like paul said it would. Then summer 2019 I... filed for n400 marriage based. The wait was long due to Seattle field office but I looked on visa journey and noticed my time line is on par with everyone else that filed that summer at Seattle field office . Once again never asked to resubmit material or additional evidence. Paul was extremely helpful letting me roughly when it will come. It was helpful since uscis keeps you in the dark for a long time till sth happens. I asked him for updates through out the entire process. Each time letter notice came he sent an email reminding me as well including bio appointments notice of actions etc. also was very attentive and made sure I bought all documents. I am pregnant during the interview so we also brought doctor note. The few days before interview paul sent me a list of required documents I need to bring and also asked me to familiarize with my old application. We also had a phone call to go over everything etc and he explained the entire process during covid. ( naturalized at the office etc) The day before he also reminded me through text to update him through out waiting outside, through security , waiting room and being called so he can follow me to the interview. The officer had no issues with this and the lady I got knew him as well. The interview was extremely smooth like everything he prepared me. The entire thing from start to finish was less than 30 mins including waiting time till the moment I got my certificate. After interview paul requested I call him to congrat me also reminded me not leave till I get my passport. Again the entire process was great couldn’t ask for more. I was Never asked by officer to submit additional material and he was there the entire time. I didn’t do the original conditional gc interview with him because I moved from nyc. I did my interview in nyc in 2016. I would pick him if I did my marriage interview in Seattle.

Best immigration lawyer!

Paul has been an enormous help since the start of my immigration process from the Philippines. My husband and I began our K-1 visa process three years ago, but the USCIS is not very clear on their requirements. We did not complete our first filing on our own and that’s when we found Paul, not wanting... to jeopardize the process considering our life together was at stake. Since hiring Paul he has guided us through the most nerve racking moments of our lives. He knew the ins and outs of the entire immigration process for my K-1 into the United States and would be there to reassure and double check our documents. Now three years after beginning my immigration process, thanks to Paul and his expertise, I will be receiving my green card in a few weeks. We have hired him for my K-1, green card, and will be hiring him for my American citizenship soon. My husband and I are so thankful for his knowledge and clear instructions throughout this process. We look forward to working with Paul soon. My husband actually found Paul online based on good reviews and they seem to be quite right about him.

Best immigration lawyer out there!

We did quite a bit of research on attorneys beforehand and we definitely might the right choice by hiring Paul Choquette. His rates were more than reasonable and it was honestly one of the best investments we’ve ever made. Paul immediately removed the stress from the entire process by explaining thin...gs in a straightforward manner, answering all of our questions, completing our applications, and thoroughly preparing us for the interview (and even attending it with us). He was incredibly responsive and always available when we had questions or concerns. While we were aware that Paul had other clients, it never felt like that. Any time an issue came up, Paul always made us feel like we were his top priority. Most importantly (in my opinion), Paul was patient and compassionate. He understood how stressful the immigration process can be and he always took the time to reassure me when I felt anxious about the status of our case.
