Paul did a phenomenal job and won my hard case

I have an extreme hard case that a lot of lawyer that I talked to DO NOT think that they can handle. I got divorced during the I-751 still pending and shortly remarried again after that. Before that, I also have an N400 application based on 3 years married pending on me. So I had to come in for the i...nterview for both I-751 and N400. Luckily, I got to talk with Paul and he helped me strategize the whole situation and be well-prepared for the interview. During the interview, the officer asked me a lot of HARD questions but with the professional and knowledge Paul have, he was able to help me navigate through. Paul did a phenomenally good job and WON the case. I was super lucky and grateful to have him as my lawyer.

Very happy with our experience!

I don’t even know how to begin to thank Paul for how smooth this process has been for me and my wife. Paul has helped me through the process of moving from the UK to the USA from the very beginning, and today I completed the interview for my green card. He is very organized, present, and always avail...able to answer questions. He has the best sense of humor which always made us feel very comfortable. As soon as we received the interview notice Paul was very helpful with preparing us and made sure we had no worries before the interview. My wife and I could not have asked for a better lawyer.

You will be in good hands with Paul Choquette

My husband and I were going through a bit of a crisis when we found Paul Choquette. We had been working with an attorney in another state that we found had given us directly wrongful information and advice. Paul confirmed my suspicions about this other attorney over a free phone consultation. With l...ittle time to spare, but with excellent guidance, we were able to turn the case around. I immediately fired this other attorney, and hired Paul. In our first consultation, Paul was upfront and honest about our case, and he recognized that I needed to get a joint sponsor (a big undertaking) where my other attorney did not. In this regard, I always felt that Paul was always thinking two steps ahead. The amount of paperwork that we had to obtain was a lot, but always for a reason. That reason was to never get a Request for Evidence (RFE). And we never did! I cannot even imagine how our process would have looked had we not found Paul. After starting the process with Paul, we received my foreign husband’s work authorization approval within 6 weeks of filing. That speed was completely unexpected, but the thoroughness of Paul and his office presumably contributed to the success. I also want to say that Paul never failed to make us feel like we were top priority. He knew all the intricate details of our case, he always called us personally (as opposed to having others in his office call), and never failed to make us feel at ease and like we were in good hands. Throughout the pandemic of 2020, Paul kept us updated on the status of our interview. When the interview invite came, we were prepared with the correct paperwork because Paul had set us up for success when we first came to him two years ago. We had our interview last week and received approval a few days later. We could not be more satisfied with Paul Choquette Law Group. We will hire him again in the future if needed - And you should, too.

Paul was very informative and professional throughout our entire K1-Fiance visa process.

Paul was very informative and professional throughout our entire K1-Fiance visa process. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic where US consulates around the globe were closed and it caused significant delay. We had to transfer our case from multiple countries and Paul was extremely accommodating, ...professional and helpful throughout the entire process from start-to-finish. I am now residing in the United States with my partner, we have married and we are now going through the permanent residency and green card process with Paul at Choquette Immigration Law Group for a second time, as we have full trust in his services. We wouldn't be where we are today, had we not had the help of Paul. For the copious amounts of paperwork and documents which are needed for immigration - We would never run the risk of doing this ourselves, or with different immigration law groups.
