Great Lawyer

Paul was a fantastic lawyer for me and my husband when immigrating him from Canada to the US. The process was not easy especially with covid and I don’t know how we would have done it alone. We were very happy to have him to help us through each step! I would recommend him to a friend !

Working with Paul was the best decision we could have made!

If we could give him more then 5 starts we would!! We can not imagine what it would have been like without his representation!! We knew that after getting married the process of getting my husband a green-card (permanent residence card) would soon begin. I had some family go through the exerc...ise on their own about 10 years ago. I remember them complaining the entire time about what a headache it was and that it ended up taking them quite a long time to go through all the forms and requirements. That’s when we heard about Paul Choquette through a friend who had recommended him to us because he had gone through the same process a year before with a great experience and successful outcome. After making contact with Paul, we set up an appointment so that he could get to know us and our specific case a little bit better. At the meeting we felt a good connection, he told us the estimated timeline, and we made the decision that we wanted to work with him. Within minutes he even started some paperwork. Paul continued to guide us through the entire process, step by step, making it pretty painless. He let us know when documents needed to be renewed and would gave us updates. Sometimes we would hear news from him long before we would receive a letter from USCIS. When we got our interview date, Paul sent us an email reminding us of the documents we needed gathered to bring with us to the interview. He then followed by setting up a phone call with us to cover what interview day was going to be like and what to expect. During the interview to register permanent residence Paul was in attendance via speaker phone (COVID restrictions) otherwise he would have been there in person. As the interview unfolded some things popped up due to a USCIS employee forgetting to validate our sponsor. To that Paul spoke forcefully on our behalf. Without him a resolution would have taken week!! We can not imagine what it would have been like without his representation!! Approved!!!

Mr. Choquette was besides me through my hard term of working with immigration. He is experienced and confident in what he is doing. My case was approved and I am happy what I got in my hand.

The Best IL in the 206!

Paul was the perfect immigration lawyer for the green card application process involving my wife. From day one he was extremely responsive and detailed in his emails and calls. We never had to second guess what the "next step" was in the proceedings were at any time, and whenever we had any sort of q...uestions they were answered in an extremely prompt and professional manner (seriously, never had to wait more than an hour for an answer, no matter what time). When it came to the interview, which came after an extended wait due to covid, we were so prepared because of him it really put us at ease. Paul was on speaker phone the whole time during the interview and it really lessened any concerns we may have had. The reviews don't lie, hes as good as it gets, and we will surely be using his services in the future.
