Green Card

We reached out to Paul before we got married for some information about the green card process. He explained everything clearly to us and gave us a clear picture of what we could expect the application process to look like. Once married he gave us extremely clear instructions regarding which docume...nts, files and information he would need from us which made it easy and quick for us to get the process moving. He was extremely quick to answer our questions and always kind and reassuring. Completing the green card process can be scary and daunting but knowing we had Paul helping us along the way took away a lot of our stress and gave us the reassurance that our paperwork had been done correctly and we wouldn’t experience any delays. We would highly recommend Paul and his team at the Choquette Law Group.

One of the best in the field

As I write this review, my heart is full of joy and relief, for my mother just received approval for her permanent resident status. I say this because her case was slightly complicated. There is also gratitude towards Paul Choquette and his firm as it is thanks to them that it was so quick and smooth.... Paul was always available for questions and addressed all concerns. He was professional, thorough and kind. We bothered him with the same questions repeatedly, but he was always patient. Responses were always quick. Professional, Accurate, Great Communication, and Effective.

The Choquette Law Group was our selected legal team for my husband's citizenship and my permanent residence. Our direct interaction was with Mr. Choquette, who always was professional, prompt to respond, transparent and concise. We were impressed by Mr. Choquette's care and dedication to his clie...nts, which was evident from his mention of taking legal action on behalf of former clients who experienced abnormally long processing times. As a result, my husband's citizenship was granted two to three months ahead of schedule, and my permanent residence was approved without the need for an interview or employment and travel authorization, all within a remarkably short period of seven months. Great experience

Thanks to Paul, the application process for my green card (I-20 to permanent resident) was smooth sailing. Paul made sure that my husband and I understood the process and not to stress about it throughout the entire time. My green card got approved sooner than expected without going to the interview.... We will continue to use his service in the future as needed.
