You will be in good hands with Paul Choquette

My husband and I were going through a bit of a crisis when we found Paul Choquette. We had been working with an attorney in another state that we found had given us directly wrongful information and advice. Paul confirmed my suspicions about this other attorney over a free phone consultation. With l...ittle time to spare, but with excellent guidance, we were able to turn the case around. I immediately fired this other attorney, and hired Paul. In our first consultation, Paul was upfront and honest about our case, and he recognized that I needed to get a joint sponsor (a big undertaking) where my other attorney did not. In this regard, I always felt that Paul was always thinking two steps ahead. The amount of paperwork that we had to obtain was a lot, but always for a reason. That reason was to never get a Request for Evidence (RFE). And we never did! I cannot even imagine how our process would have looked had we not found Paul. After starting the process with Paul, we received my foreign husband’s work authorization approval within 6 weeks of filing. That speed was completely unexpected, but the thoroughness of Paul and his office presumably contributed to the success. I also want to say that Paul never failed to make us feel like we were top priority. He knew all the intricate details of our case, he always called us personally (as opposed to having others in his office call), and never failed to make us feel at ease and like we were in good hands. Throughout the pandemic of 2020, Paul kept us updated on the status of our interview. When the interview invite came, we were prepared with the correct paperwork because Paul had set us up for success when we first came to him two years ago. We had our interview last week and received approval a few days later. We could not be more satisfied with Paul Choquette Law Group. We will hire him again in the future if needed - And you should, too.

Paul was very informative and professional throughout our entire K1-Fiance visa process. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic where US consulates around the globe were closed and it caused significant delay. We had to transfer our case from multiple countries and Paul was extremely accommodating, ...professional and helpful throughout the entire process from start-to-finish. I am now residing in the United States with my partner, we have married and we are now going through the permanent residency and green card process with Paul at Choquette Immigration Law Group for a second time, as we have full trust in his services. We wouldn't be where we are today, had we not had the help of Paul. For the copious amounts of paperwork and documents which are needed for immigration - We would never run the risk of doing this ourselves, or with different immigration law groups. Professional and Detail Oriented Lawyer.

Paul did a great job at explaining the process ahead through the Fiancée Visa application and Permanent Resident application and what we can do to help our case. He has been with us every step of the way, which in our case was a longer than normal processing time. He prepared us for the interview wit...h detailed instructions. Lastly, the ability to be able to communicate in my native tongue (French) whenever in doubt really helped reduce any stress related to the immigration process. Thank you Paul!

Best immigration lawyer out there!

We did quite a bit of research on attorneys beforehand and we definitely might the right choice by hiring Paul Choquette. His rates were more than reasonable and it was honestly one of the best investments we’ve ever made. Paul immediately removed the stress from the entire process by explaining thin...gs in a straightforward manner, answering all of our questions, completing our applications, and thoroughly preparing us for the interview (and even attending it with us). He was incredibly responsive and always available when we had questions or concerns. While we were aware that Paul had other clients, it never felt like that. Any time an issue came up, Paul always made us feel like we were his top priority. Most importantly (in my opinion), Paul was patient and compassionate. He understood how stressful the immigration process can be and he always took the time to reassure me when I felt anxious about the status of our case. A Phenomenal Immigration Attorney

Before my wife and I met Paul in-person for the first time, we did a thorough search for good immigration lawyers on the internet, and also met a few of them. Paul was invariably different. My wife, who is good at reading people, had the intuition that Paul would be the best fit to handle my case. He... brilliantly met our expectations.
