Unrivaled Legal Representation

What can I say about Paul that hasn't already been said below? Simply put, Paul is a national treasure. My wife needed to file for residency, and I was referred to Paul by a co-worker, who he also successfully represented both on the green card, and citizenship application. Paul did not disappoin...t. The immigration process can be an intimidating and stressful labyrinth to undertake, but with Paul's guidance, patience and preparation, he transforms it from an intimidating labyrinth into a thrilling journey. Paul is honest, kind, courteous and genuinely cares about your immigration journey as a client, and as a person with hopes and fears. From our day one in-person introduction meeting, Paul reviewed the entire process with us, in detail, and ensured that we were always beyond prepared in order to set us up for success. He was always honest and patient, took the time to listen and understand our needs, and thoroughly addressed our many questions/concerns (sometimes repeat questions). Additionally, we were never rushed or made to feel like we were asking dumb questions, Paul always demonstrated a great level of empathy, and made us feel comfortable, and most importantly thoroughly prepared throughout the entire process. In short, Paul is extremely thorough to say the least, and his preparation and attentiveness have no rival. Paul's experience and success are clear from day one. His experienced with the process is self-evident, he has a long history of successfully representing clients, and the USCIS knows this. It was remarkably clear during the interview process that the USCIS knows Paul's clients are all carefully vetted and prepared for success. There were no surprises, and every single step of the process went exactly as Paul had assured us it would proceed. Additionally, Paul has a remarkably ability to disarm a stressful situation and make all parties feel comfortable, which is something I'm beyond grateful for. There aren't enough words to thank Paul for representing us. Paul has changed our lives for the better, my wife and I'm genuinely grateful to have had the pleasure of his council. Thanks to Paul, my wife is now a permanent resident with a new world of possibilities ahead of her. I'm looking forward to continuing the next step in the citizenship process with Paul in the near future, and can't recommend him enough for any prospective clients. Paul Choquette has no rival.

Highly recommend

My husband and I had a great experience working with Paul. He thoroughly explained every step of my K1 and green card immigration process, ensuring we were well prepared and it went smoothly. He is knowledgeable, confident, efficient and patient in answering every single one of our questions/concerns.... He made sure that we had all of the documents supporting our relationship and really helped to ease any stress we felt going through the process. We really enjoyed working with him and will be again when we have to remove the conditions on my green card!

Immigration Lawyer for life

I have known Paul and have been using his services for any immigration issues since 2001. All my cases (Green card, US citizenship and my mother's green card) are rather complicated but Paul always prepare for any expected issues and had 100% successful cases without any worries. He is a trusted ...and respected lawyer... I highly recommend him as I called him "Immigration Lawyer for Life"!

Excellent

Paul is an excellent immigration attorney and I am so glad that we hired him for our case. After coming out the finish end of it all, I can see the things we would have missed or hit as roadblocks if we hadn't had his legal assistance and know-how. Paul knows the system inside out, has answers to e...very possible question, and is acutely attentive to detail. He is your lawyer, your advocate, and has a great sense of humor to boot that helps calm any undue nerves. He guided us through each step of the process with ease and it was a great soother of the mind to know that we had him as an ally. The Best Immigration Lawyer
