I got my first DUI and was horrified. I didn't want to tell anyone, but finally shared with a friend who knew of Lizanne. I made the call and was able to see Lizanne within a couple days. She put my mind at ease, but was also very clear about what I could and could not respect. She resolved my case with results I could live with. I always felt that Lizanne really sympathized with my predicament and never judged me for my bad decisions. Thank you Lizanne!!

When I shopped for attorneys, I took many referrals and finally visited my final three choices in person. Lizanne's services were, by a noticeable margin, the most expensive of those three. But even though I am a frugal man of modest means, I have yet to regret a single penny spent. And I never will.
When she asked me why I chose her to represent me, with tears in my eyes, I told her that I believed she would fight for me harder than anyone else.
And she did. Like the bulldog attorney that she is.
But don't let her straight forward, business-like demeanor make you think she doesn't care or have compassion for her clients. Perhaps the only time I witnessed her fail was as she tried to hold back tears during my plea bargain. She truly, without question, cares deeply for each and every one of her clients. And she does not judge. I repeat, she does not judge you for whatever you may or may not have done.
Lizanne and Lauren managed to rescue me from a felony when it seemed impossible at times. They were with me every step of the way and while other attorneys may do the same, I cannot say with much confidence that there are too many out there who could have gotten the results they did.
I wholeheartedly endorse both Lizanne and Lauren for whatever legal needs you may have

Some time ago I was charged with a DUI. My alcoholism was egregious. I had thoroughly incriminated myself, so the case was far less about getting off the hook than it was mitigating the damage I had already done to myself, and allowing me to come out the other side best armed to pick up the pieces.
Prior to retaining Padula & Associates I'd qualified for a public defender and set out to take my chances. I spent some time in jail, was released, and then returned to jail following another poor decision. Meanwhile, my parents recognized the dire position I was in and offered to help me retain an attorney. I was in no position to shop around, but they were. After looking at options they asked Lizanne for help and she visited me in jail to have a conversation. She was candid in that conversation, painting a plain picture of my current situation and what to expect moving forward if I elected to retain her, which I did.
She provided good advice and simple steps to follow to best rebound from the charges (and subsequent poor decisions) as quickly as possible. In my hubris I ignored every bit. Never the less she pressed forward, providing assistance at every turn in spite of my best efforts at self-sabotage. Always actively looking at ways to improve my situation with the court. Returning every phone call. Calling me with updates on the case. Patience is a virtue Lizanne has in spades (I put this to the test).
As time wore on I began to see that my strategy wasn't working, and got behind hers. Things began improving almost immediately. The outcome with the courts thus far, all things considered, has been wonderful. I am left in a position to be the person I've always wanted to be. Padula & Associates could not change who I was, but they certainly provided every tool I needed to help myself.
I cannot recommend this firm enough. Just make that when they are giving advice, you're listening.

I very highly endorse this lawyer. Elizabeth Anne Padula, whom I’ve known as a colleague for many years, has about 20 years’ experience fighting relentlessly for her clients’ rights. She is honest, ethical, compassionate and an astute, hard-working problem solver. For trustworthy, intelligent, creative and formidable criminal defense representation, I could not recommend anyone better.
