When I first met with my attorney, she made me feel comfortable and I don't feel judged at all. She is a good listener and very compassionate. I was treated as an individual and not just a number. She explained everything I need to know and what type of bankruptcy would fit me best. She explained information to me in a way that I can understand. She's always there for me all the way through. I am so glad that Damon Day referred me to her.

Due to long-term unemployment and medical issues, we had a very complicated situation with student loans, a mortgage and high credit card debt. We did a lot of research on our own and lost hope because we didn't think we would qualify for bankruptcy or other options. Before we met Latife, other lawyers had told us our only choice was a Chapter 13 that required a $15,000 deposit. Latife explored every option on our behalf, even in areas where the law was not particularly clear. She worked tirelessly and with compassion, and made sure we understood every detail along the way. We are immensely grateful and highly recommend her for anyone with a financial hardship who needs to understand all their options. If a solution exists, Latife will find it for you and walk you through every step of the way.
Krista MacLaren, Probate Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I worked with Latife in a complicated matter involving probate and bankruptcy. Latife was a pleasure to work with, and my client was very pleased with Latife's representation of her interests. Latife exhibits a thorough knowledge of bankruptcy law, compassion toward her clients, and integrity in her work. I would entrust any of my clients to Latife's expertise.
