I’m sorry, but no--please respond to my question (below).
Roughly 20 (or more) people or businesses contact us every week seeking our assistance. That’s in addition to the work we do for the clients we’ve already agreed to represent. We spend significant time reviewing each potential client’s concerns, so that we can provide them with accurate information regardless of whether we think they have a case that justifies our involvement.
However, if it’s not sufficiently important for the potential client that he/she can’t take the time to provide us with the most basic of information so that we can conduct our review of the potential claim in an efficient manner for us, then I will not spend my time trying to figure it out over a phone.
Accordingly, if you do not have the time to provide the information requested, then perhaps some other attorney will have the time to consider your matter
