About me

I moved to the northwest with my family in 2006 after practicing for 16 years in New York City.    When not practicing law, I practice piano and the mandolin, sing with the Bainbridge Chorale, write poetry and enjoy time with my husband (a professional pianist) and 11 year old daughter.

  • Eriko Iwasaki Baxter

I had a pleasure working with Jenny Coates on a cross-boarder M&A, where she made a great contribution in the area of international tax. Her in-depth knowledge and detailed analysis on complex international tax issues provided great value to our team and client. In addition, speed is one of the key factors for M&As, and Jenny worked diligently and professionally throughout the transaction in order to meet the tight deadline. I highly recommend Jenny for international tax matters.
