Why did you start Banks Law Office?
I founded Banks Law Office because I believe in a new way of representing people. Over my many years of helping hundreds of people, I've learned that people need a lawyer that listens, that cares, and that works hard and fast. That is my promise to you as my client.
What do you do for clients?
I will take the time to travel and meet you in a location that is convenient and comfortable for you. When we meet, I promise to treat you with respect and listen to your story. I am not a stuffy lawyer that sits behind a desk and interviews clients. My approach is different. I need to understand you as a person so that I can tell your story in a compelling way. Our relationship is based on mutual respect, and you can contact me anytime or any day to discuss your case.
Why did you become a lawyer?
I love being a lawyer. I always wanted to be a lawyer because when I was growing up, all of my heroes were lawyers. I've dedicated my life to understanding how to advocate for ordinary people who have been injured or arrested. I would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you more about why I am passionate about practicing law and how that translates into me being an effective advocate on your behalf.
What else do you enjoy doing in life?
My favorite thing to do is spending time with my family - my beautiful wife Jacqueline and my sweet daughter Daphne. We like to spend time together outdoors snow and water skiing, travelling, playing golf, and spending time in eastern Washington at Crescent Bar.
