She was incredibly difficult to get ahold of after my initial visit and set up of payment. She missed two court hearing and had to send associates who were more than an hour late. She informed me of what the worst case senario might be, but it ended up being worse than she had prepared me for. Chloe ...was very pleasant when I got to speak with her and see her at the court dates she made. I wish she would have worked harder on my behalf. After speaking with a family friend who is an attorney I was informed of a few other things that could have been done to better the outcome of my case and my future.
