I have known Ms. Chloe Anderson for a little over 5 years now as a result of some poor choices that I made in my attempts to serve and love others. The 1st encounter was a case were I used corporal punishment to discipline my daughter (a form of discipline practiced by both myself and her mother)... to the latter case of self defense where historically men do not prevail in WA. State. On each occasion, Ms. Anderson successfully concluded both legal matters in a manner that allowed me to resume my relationship with my daughter as well as continually serve others in my chosen professional industry. Because of this, I will be forever grateful... From our initial meeting to our recent encounters, I have been the recipient of her diligent, professional, personable and exceptional legal expertise. I interviewed several attorneys prior to hiring Chloe. She seemed the most knowledgable about the law and showed compassion towards me as a person. I was arrested for a DUI in March of 2012, my BAC was above the legal limit. I knew I made a mistake. After talking with Chloe, she made me feel at e...ase and after going to court and a lot of hard work on her part, the charges were lessened to negligent driving and I had to pay some fines. It could have been much worse, I was so greatful! About a year later, I was pulled over for having a modified exhaust on my vehicle. When the officer approached my car, he said he could smell alcohol and said I was under arrest. I was brought to the station where I blew under the legal limit but the officer still charged me with a DUI, modified exhaust & no proof insurance. I provided proof of insurance at my first court appearance, we had my exhaust system checked to prove that it was in fact original and all the charges were dropped. I simply had to pay a $25 administrative fee at the court house. If you are in need of an attorney that will work hard for you and answer all your questions, look no further. Chloe Anderson got my DUI charges reduced to reckless driving. It was the best thing I could hope for, and I thought it was a long shot. She was a perfect balance between being attentive and professional. I always felt like she had my best intentions in mind and was very open and honest when com...municating with me. Chloe was engaged by my daughter who, upon her return home from living abroad for two years, was arrested upon arrival at SEA-TAC. She had outstanding warrants in Kent, and as it turned out, criminal charges in Tacoma and unpaid fines in Everett. This was the mess she left behind when she went abroad... to get clean (and has been now for two years). Over the course of her one month visit to the States, she had reservations to go to CA for a few days to visit her grandparents, and then on to TX to stay with her father for a week before returning to her current home abroad. Chloe managed to get all three matters taken care of with the best possible outcomes (no jail time, lowered fines, and she didn't have to change her itinerary at all) in a very short span of time. She was very professional at all times and was able to present my daughter's case in such a way to the courts that the judges were very sympathetic.
