My ex and I used Mark twice, once to mediate our divorce and again later to address changes requested. I found him to be unreliable to interpret the actual law and mostly interested using a shallow emotional approach. If a point made by one party sounds 'good' or sounds politically correct, he seems to accept that without taking a deeper look at whether his decisions are actually fair and tenable. He went back on his own language from the first mediation to the later mediation when my ex asked, despite his own clause in the parenting plan to avoid so. Very disappointing.

Mark helped me years ago with my initial divorce as well as with a more recent parenting plan modification initiated by my ex. Our case was by no means collaborative or friendly. A saving grace for the emotional tumult of family court is a calm and knowledgeable attorney. Mark is that and then some. He deescalated issues with the opposing party many times, guided me in non-emotional communications with my ex, and helped us, finally, to settle out of court. I definitely recommend Mark, hands down.

But in our case only the salary of my husband ex-wife is $25,000 a year, but along with her new husband they make $102,000 the same as my husband and I together.
But she claims in the papers court she only make $25.000 wage it.
How does this work? The judge only calculates the salary ex-wife or the judge calculates the salary of her along with her husband? And she ask for my husband to pay 85% and she 15%. How that''s work???
We are going to look for a good lawyer to help us. we want to pay for the college or preference communite college for the fist 2 years, but we don't want pay alone, we still have 3 more kids that will be at college in 1 year. What we do??

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Mark is the voice of wisdom. He and I were opposing counsel on a divorce case, and I saw his practice style first hand. He demonstrated encyclopedic knowledge of the law, and was a tough advocate for his client. He never made an argument he couldn't back up, and the respectful tone of his arguments makes them even more powerful. He also never seems to have a "bad day," probably because he loves what he does. I ended up with tremendous respect for Mark by the time our case finished, and he has been a "go-to" guy for sound advice when I need it. I've been happy to refer clients to Mark, and endorse him wholeheartedly.
