I got into some trouble and was recommended by my boss to go to Mr. Fiorito. He went right to work on my case and kept me informed on everything that was going on. I was very impressed with the way he presented our case. He was very professional and did his best for me. I would strongly recommend using him. He got my charges lessened and without him i probably would have been screwed.

This was the first time I had ever been in any type of trouble with the law and I was very overwhelmed and terrified of the situation. Mr. Dan N Fiorito III made me feel confident and secure with the outcome of the situation. He also fought extremely hard for my innocents and I would highly recommended him for any future legal matters that required his assistance.

Dan is a very sharp, down-to-earth guy with plenty of real-life court experience, and common sense. He thoroughly outlines your options and lets you make the choices. Because he used to be a prosecutor, he has great contacts, and knows the ropes. I would highly recommend Dan.
David Voyles, Litigation Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Dan is an exceptional lawyer with a sharp legal mind. His courtroom skills are really at the top of the profession. There are not many true trial lawyers these days who can navigate a courtroom. Dan is one of the remaining trial lawyers.
James Banks, DUI and DWI Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have had the privilege to experience Dan's trial advocacy skills firsthand. He is a strong advocate on behalf of his clients. He possesses exceptional courtroom skills, separating himself as a true trial lawyer. He is honest, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dan as a skilled trial lawyer, and his knowledge and experience make him an excellent attorney. I would refer my friends and family to Dan with confidence.
