Zeshan Khan is a problem solver!!!!

I hired Mr. Khan the Friday before my Monday divorce trail date. He met with me to discuss my case on a Sunday (Mother’s Day no less!!!). He was very understanding and kind. I had no idea what to do, but he did! He walked me through my options, and helped me to choose my path wisely. I would recommend him for his outstanding humor in the face of sadness, and his ability to say what you need to hear (even if you don’t want to hear it). Thanks again! I’m freeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

Precise, methodical and practical

I’m glad I hired Zeshan to help resolve my divorce in a manner that was agreeable to both parties. My case was complicated by the fact the marriage happened in another country even though the divorce was initiated here. Zeshan was considerate, perceptive, and precise in his interpretations of law, and what was possible and what not. His perceptiveness, were evident in his ability to distill responses and identify the motivations behind them, as well as foresee what the respondent was thinking and wanted. He was also a great advisor and a soothing presence who helped calm my nerves when things weren't moving/stalling. And Most importantly, he helped me arrive at an economical solution for both parties, that minimized time, effort, cost and maximized peace of mind for all.

Excellent

Zeshan is a fantastic lawyer. I was referred to him by another lawyer. I was going through a tough divorce/custody battle. Though I was scared as hell to losing my daughter and being relocated, Zeshan made the process easy and comforting as much as he could. He's the person you want in your corner when your in the ring. Many would say lawyers are just in it for the money. True, it's a business, but I can guarantee that his clients come first. I've had lawyers before for other circumstances and never had one that made me feel my money was well spent. I actually can say we built a friendship through the process (maybe cause he's a Florida Gator as I am). But he's humble, intelligent, fiery and honest. He always responded to my emails or phone calls and if he wasn't available, then he would get back to me in a timely manner. I'm telling you people, if your looking for a lawyer you can trust and money well spent, look no further. It's a no brainer, his reviews says it all. I'll go back to him if need be. Very responsive and excellent services

Mr. Zeshan and his paralegal Colline were extremely helpful to get my divorce handled. Most of our communication was over email which was great as my schedule is very busy. Excellent lawyer and communicator

Zeshan helped me reach a settlement for my divorce, and I was really happy with the result. He clearly knows the divorce area extremely well and is approachable, pragmatic, reassuring, professional, and has a great way of relating to people, including the other parties in the facilitation process. At the same time, he is very sharp in making arguments, anticipating the motivations of what the other party is planning, and made a clear recommendation on where he felt I should draw the line, which definitely ensured a great outcome in my case. He was also really patient and took his time to explain the consequences of the more intricate legal matters. Going through a divorce is such a depressing experience, but Zeshan made it a lot less stressful. Another important thing that's very reassuring: he's really fast in responding on email, phone, and text, and explains things clearly. I highly recommend Zeshan and will definitely use him again for any future legal needs.

An AMAZING Bankruptcy Lawyer!

I can tell you Zeshan has made the whole bankruptcy process a lot easier than I would have thought. Starting from the initial communication via phone, to the first meeting to go over the opening set of documents, and throughout all exchanges of communication via text/phone/email and in-person, Zeshan has been absolutely fantastic and very supportive. I ask a lot of technical questions and he answered every.single.question with a solid answer where I can see clearly without worry and thats a major plus in my book. It definitely helps that I was able to produce most documentation rather quickly and that's great because he moves fast...like, lightning fast. There is no messing around with him. Zeshan is on point, quick to respond, quick to deliver documents for signing, and quick to file with the court, but on the same note he is also very supportive, caring, and thinks fast with logic and thats unique in itself. Zeshan advised me of my options and cautioned me about moving too quickly and that I should wait because it could prove costly. I did wait a little while so that I was not liable for any condo HOA Dues after bankruptcy. When Zeshan contacted me that I was discharged and my debt has been wiped out, it was a major relief! He did not miss any deadlines and thats a major plus in my book. Overall, I highly recommend Zeshan to anyone who is considering bankruptcy. He is one of a kind.

Highly recommended

I found Zeshan through this website and contacted him based on the impressive reviews he had received. I needed to file a chapter seven and was nervous and scared to even go to the initial consultation. All of that tension and fear faded away as soon as I met Zeshan, he made me feel completely comfortable about my situation. The BEST experience I have had with any attorney

I hope that you never need to talk to a lawyer...but if you do, I had a great experience with the Law Office of Zeshan Q. Khan. I haven't had to seek the advice of many lawyers, but when the big corporate former employer came for me, a year after leaving, I knew I needed help. After being served from my previous employer I was seeking an attorney to help with an employment/contract law matter. When I reached out to some close friends Zeshan Khan came up highly recommended multiple times. I contacted his office and immediately found Zeshan Khan to be a knowledgeable, professional and compassionate attorney. I knew that Zeshan was the perfect attorney to handle my case from the moment we spoke. He understood the severity of my situation and in very short order he had a plan and we agreed on a course of action. Mr. Khan’s research on the case law was current and we walked into the hearing prepared. Without his help, I never would have been able to stand up to my previous (corporate bully) employer. I was impressed with his depth of knowledge and his ability to get results. Highly recommended

Zeshan was my attorney for my bankruptcy case. I never felt lost in the system because Zeshan and Colleen were always there to ease me and kept me well informed. I always bombarded them with emails, and they patiently responded to each of them. Knowledgeable, Professional, and Personable Attorney

I needed a bankruptcy attorney and Zeshan was appointed to me through the King County Bar Association, so I had no previous knowledge of/experience with him. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a good attorney would devote some of his time to pro bono cases. Zeshan is pleasant and patient, is bright and knowledgeable, and his staff is competent and friendly. What began as a daunting and depressing ordeal for me was transformed into something made much easier because of the excellent work and positive attitudes of Zeshan and his team. Fantastic Family Law Attorney!

I used Zeshan for consultation in representing myself pro se in my dissolution. He was more than willing to assist me. He sat and talked with me for however long I needed in order to get my answers. Let me just say, he knows his stuff. And is very kindhearted and welcoming. Divorce is a hard time and Zeshan did what he could to calm my nerves and help me problem solve. So many attorneys lack empathy to truly relate and understand where their clients are coming from. Not Zeshan. Had I had the funds, and needed, to hire an attorney for full representation, it would have been Zeshan. I worked with another attorney on limited representation during my dissolution and I wish that I would have started with Zeshan rather than the other person I worked with. I highly recommend him. Difficult Divorce

Zeshan was my lawyer for my divorce. It was a difficult case in that it involved a third party and both sides actually lived out of state in Hawaii. Through the process Zeshan gave good legal advice on all aspects of the case, provided timely responses to all questions through email and via phone. He also let me dictate the manner/style of the divorce in that things that I wanted to happen he worked to make happen even if there was an easier way. Zeshan was professional the entire time and made the divorce process extremely easy for such a hard part of my life.

Zeshan is first rate!

Working with Zeshan was fantastic. Filing for bankruptcy is a difficult experience, and something no-one wants to experience. I never thought that I would be in the position to file for bankruptcy, but the collapse of the housing market left me in a position where bankruptcy was my only option. Zeshan made the experience as painless as possible. He was attentive and informative, and has the experience to provide sound guidance throughout the process. These are things I think we all look for in a lawyer. But the thing that makes Zeshan stand out to me is the way he treated me as a client. I felt as though I was being coached by a friend through a difficult time. He showed empathy toward a situation I was uncomfortable with and helped me to feel confident I was making the right decision. After being represented by Zeshan I can say that I trust in his ability and character and would wholeheartedly recommend his services to friends and family without question.

Sincere and Responsible Attorney

I feel grateful that my husband I contacted Zeshan for our bankruptcy case. Before we asked him to take care of our case we had a conference. He reviewed our situations and explained a few different possible solutions with good information that only lawyers who are specialized in this field could provide. After all my husband and I decided to file bankruptcy. From the beginning to the end he was always responsive to our inquiries. He is sincere and patient that we truly appreciate that he was there for us to go through the stressful time. He informed us what to expect for the every step in the process. Excellent, communicative attorney

Zeshan worked for me on my divorce. Even though the case was not that complicated and reasonably amicable, the other party had a habit of throwing up some roadblocks and all the paperwork is fairly intimidating for a layman anyway. Zeshan however took the sting out of dealing with all that and my input was mostly limited to providing the information needed to fill in the forms. He did an excellent job in explaining what to expect next and what would impact the process. Another thing I really appreciated about Zeshan is that he had a good grasp of what my understanding of the process was, and anticipated very well when things needed an additional explanation, and when they didn't. Don't fear that you will be overwhelmed with lawyerspeak by him. Also, not unimportant, when everything was settled and it was time to close things off, I had Zeshan's check for the remainder of the retainer in two days.
