I wanted to take some time to really think about what I wanted to say before I wrote a review. I had never been in that situation before, having my attorney say hey... I don’t think you should take a deal. Most wouldn’t In these situations but I will fight for you. In the position of a public defende...r none the less. They are entirely overworked, have an enormous caseload, so much on their plates that the thought of piling more on to take a case to trial rather than taking the easier route and convincing their client to take a deal.... they are not all built alike. But this man went all out for me. And he will for you too. All five star reviews eased my mind at first but I had never been in that position before. Having them say, “we can take this all the way”. His confidence was unreal but I see why now. The night before court he asked me to come to the office to go over the last few things for the next day... and I walked in and immediately heard loud discussion upstairs. He had the entire office upstairs working with him, fighting for me???? Everyone there is amazing the woman downstairs made eased my worry and assured me Zach had many talented lawyers upstairs working with him towards what I was facing. DUI is no joke. I thought they circumstances surrounding the specific case wasn’t enough to book me on in the first place but I never expected anyone to fight for me like this. I was freaking out. Wenatchee isn’t even in a city Ive ever lived in....but they treated someone who lives three hours away no different than their own community. There we were in court, all day forced to wear masks, and he wiped the floor with them. Every single detail he had down...apparently stayed up all night going over every aspect of my arrest and what followed. I won’t bore anyone with the details of the case but I can’t explain enough how satisfying it was to watch him take everything said in the reports and what was on camera and get that jury to see the truth. That I was innocent of what they were accusing me of. I could have taken a deal. It would have been easier for him. He could have easily swayed me to take a deal and have a little extra time for himself I’m sure. I was so nervous and so unsure of myself and passed representation that I was ready to take a deal upon him first mentioning it. But he saw the truth, he saw that real justice could be done...... and he executed it perfectly. After every break we had I couldn’t help but look at him with my huge eyes saying “holy sh*t that was amazing!!!!” That jury was hung on every word, every detail, the truth. They came back with a not guilty verdict in like two minutes. That’s how good he relayed the case to them. That’s how well he proved his point, it was a slam dunk through and through. They all had their minds made up. And it was thanks to him. It would have been easy as hell to take the easier route. Mr Goytowski is nothing short of an amazing man and attorney. My life was seriously impacted in such an amazing way, I never imagined hearing those words. Not guilty. I’m still riding the adrenaline rush. Saying thank you isn’t enough, but he was all humble like “oh just doing my job” haha. Yes you are. And you are doing one hell of a job. We see you. Thank you.

I was charged with my 2nd dui in less than a year and a half.. so the odds of it sticking were definitely not in my favor! Zach showed high interest in helping me anyways and even given the circumstances of the past dui didn't hesitate to offer to take on my case and defend me.. He then went over th...e police report and the facts of my case with very good attention to ever detail me.. If there is something in a case thats not right or could potentially help you he will find it! Also seemed like he always had a backup plan if something didn't go in my favor. Hes an attorney thats not afraid to take a case to trial.. He ended up get my dui amended down to a reckless driving even with my prior and given other circumstances not in my favor!
