Mr. Karimi has saved my life--on paper-- twice. Most recently he was able to get my DUI charge dismissed in return for a guilty plea on hit and run unattended. This was an amazing deal. A DUI is inexcusable and hard to explain to an employer, a hit-and-run unattended is a softer charge with far less... extreme consequences. Not to mention, I could have the charge expunged from my record in a couple of years-- the same isn't true for a DUI charge (I'll hire Mr. Karimi when the time comes to clear my record). Steve was kind but remained stoic throughout the court procedures, which didn't give me a false sense of hope but did impart a sense of understanding and security. Mr. Karimi was diligent about my charges, and I can't tell you how relived I was to hear that my DUI case would be dismissed. He helped me with a marijuana possession case when I was 18 and he prevented that charge from ruining my record. I would absolutely refer anyone to Steve Karimi for legal protection as he is well-known in the community and has a track record for success. Steve is my go-to guy. Hopefully I never need to hire a lawyer to defend me again, but if I do, Mr. Karimi is my first choice. His prices are reasonable, and I have no doubt he caters to all of his clients well. if you have the means, skip a public defender and hire Steve Karimi--he's reliable, careful and downright awesome.
