Insurance Policy Conflicts
Rick was excellent. He reviewed the case, assessed the facts and challenged the insurance companies to act in accordance with the provisions of the policy. As a result of his and his teams hard work, we were able to settled the dispute. Without Rick, it would have be a long, protracted David vs. Goliath type case with huge ramifications. I would highly recommend Rick's services with any insurance coverage issue.

General Contractor Insurance
I believe in sleeping at night, so as a general contractor I carry a great deal of insurance. Several times in the last 20 years there have been incidents that required us to file an Insurance Claim. Three times they were significant...three times the Insurer denied all or parts of the claim based on coverage or lack thereof. Three times Rick Beal has worked diligently to get us to an acceptable resolution. I did miss some sleep during those times, because Rick starts his day , while most everyone is sleeping. That is okay because it allowed me to keep doing the things that I needed to do to run my business. While I hope never to never have another insurance claim, I know who to call first if I do.

Client
Rick has been most responsive and helpful in helping us through a tough battle and has lead his team with great dignity and courage and has explained the case and strategy extremely well. I would not hesitate to recommend and talk to anyone who would like to have my opinion on Rick and his work.

Dedicated and hard working
Rick Beal helped my Condo Association through lengthy and complicated construction and real-estate issues. At every point, he was knowledgeable and worked with all our members towards the best possible outcome. We were never lacking for information, and always knew he had our best interests at heart. He was at all times fair and just, while being hard-edged and aggressive when the situation demanded it. Overall, we had a successful resolution to our case, and were happy with both the outcome, and the process to get there. Rick and Team are highly recommended.

Failed at Resolving the Riverwalk Case
Richard Beal was hired to represent the Riverwalk at Redmond HOA against a developer, who fled the country after flipping a converted condominium at the height of the real estate market in 2007. There was extensive mold found in the apartment which results in nearly 80 first time homeowners defaulting on the condominium because of a multi-million dollar assessment. Despite the national and local media attention. <http://www.businessinsider.com/80-condo-owners-in-redmond-wa-voted-to-mass-default-2010-4>, Richard failed to track down the individual who defrauded these homeowners, and only managed to recover a few hundred thousand dollars, (post legal fees), far below the $10MM necessary to remediate the condo. He failed to act quickly, and failed to handle the manner with the sensitivity it deserved.
