Best decision

If you have recently were charged with a DUI and you don't know what to do next, then hire Callahan Law. They did an excellent job of explaining every detail to calm my anxiety. Furthermore they went beyond the DUI and consulted me on how to report it to my job. Toni was always available for my frequ...ent questions. Linda helped me get a pretrial diversion agreement to amend the charge to negligent driving. This charge reduction will be key for me to maintain my nursing license. Do yourself a favor and hire Callahan Law.

Excellent Attorney!

I hired Linda to represent me in a Domestic Violence case. My experience with her and her staff greatly exceeded my expectations. Linda and her staff were very good at communicating the status and next steps of my case. They advised me on steps that I could take to get ahead of the criminal charge... before any court hearings. These steps were invaluable in me getting a resolution on my case much faster than other people that I have spoken with in my treatment classes. With Linda's professional guidance, I was able to navigate a very difficult situation and obtain a nearly perfect resolution given the facts of my case. I've been told by multiple people that this would have only been possible by having Linda representing me. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone that is currently looking for a professional, experienced, respected, advocate to represent them and protect them throughout the complicated court process. I have absolutely no complaints about the experience I had with Linda as my attorney. My family and I are forever indebted to her for reuniting us. She is truly a miracle worker!

Callahan Law was simply fantastic

I hired Callahan law this summer after getting charged with a DUI. No one wants to be in the position I was in, and Callahan Law was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly and always available. My attorney was Megan Powers, from my consultation to court dat...es to follow up questions she was both fiercely professional and readily available. She argued my case flawlessly and secured a better deal for me than I could have ever hoped for. Because of her I have zero jail time, bare minimum fines, a reduced charge (which means I won't have a DUI on my record!), another charge (obstructing) dropped, and I can drive again! I could not be more pleased that I hired Megan/Linda Callahan, I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Megan!

How about a real attorney

Linda Callahan just saved my job, my house and my future by truly fighting for me. You see attorneys on TV fighting for their clients, pulling up case law and using every nugget of evidence that they can find to defend their clients. Then when you get in the real world one tends to wonder why it se...ems like an attorney just wants to railroad you through the system and keep friends with the judges and prosecutors. All the while you begin to wonder just whose side he/she is on? I never once wondered that with Linda Callahan. Her staff communicated with me CLEARLY during the whole case and Ms. Callahan contacted me just as much to make sure that I understood everything about the case and then even explained her approach/attack. She NEVER left me wondering. This is far from my first go round on a DUI case. I have a very reputable job and thought I had NO chance at keeping my job due to this being my 4th charge of DUI. I had already written off my job and hence my home, investments, income, and ability to provide for my family. Time and again Ms. Callahan refused the prosecutors offer because she thoroughly reviewed the video and audio and was wise enough to see errors in the police reports. She wrote a motion that made it clear to me that she actually watched the video and listened to audio of the arrest. My guess is that she watched it several times by the very thorough and extensive motion that she wrote. As it turns out, that motion to suppress much evidence was enough to reduce my charges which allowed me to keep my job and be able to continue providing for my family. I am busy man and have much to do besides write reviews on attorneys, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I also wanted the reader of this to give him/herself the best advantage at their case by knowing WHY they should chose Linda Callahan to defend their case. On that day after I was arrested I found myself frantically looking up attorneys. If I hadn't chose Ms. Callahan that day, I have no doubt in mind, that I could be down at the county jail right now eating a peanut butter sandwich.

Grateful for Callahan Law. Bravo!

Finding a lawyer feels overwhelming. Especially when you are facing criminal prosecution. I was facing a second DUI charge. It was ultimately reduced after the firms persistence. At this point I feel lucky to have wound up with Linda Callahan/Callahan Law fighting for my rights. From day one, I fe...lt like her firm was on my side, and not just doing their job. Everyone at the firm I talked with was professional, personable, respectful, and friendly. Nothing about their service is average. They help walk you through the entire process. Promptly answering any questions you have, keeping you informed and advised. From the first phone call, even before I accepted their services, I was given professional advice. Callahan Law understands the procedures law enforcement is required to follow leading to an arrest. I was asked pertinent questions while it was fresh in my mind and they went about picking apart officer friendly's police report and video footage to find holes in the prosecutions case. They dug up other cases that were similar to mine and could help in my defense. There is no doubt in my mind my case was handled on a personal basis. Linda has a long, involved history in DUI defense. That opinion is based on what I took away from my conversations with her, as well as her actions in and out of the courtroom. Prosecutors apparently don't mind voicing their opinions in the courtroom before a judge walks in. At these times I witnessed firsthand their respect for Linda; though she was never there to see it. As stated above; this was my second offense for a DUI. At one point the prosecution stated they had no intention of offering me a pre-trial diversion. I believe it was Callahan Laws experience and persistence that eventually got me a reduction in charges. Don't hesitate. Impressive service. You won't be sorry.
