Finding a lawyer feels overwhelming. Especially when you are facing criminal prosecution. I was facing a second DUI charge. It was ultimately reduced after the firms persistence. At this point I feel lucky to have wound up with Linda Callahan/Callahan Law fighting for my rights. From day one, I felt like her firm was on my side, and not just doing their job. Everyone at the firm I talked with was professional, personable, respectful, and friendly. Nothing about their service is average.
They help walk you through the entire process. Promptly answering any questions you have, keeping you informed and advised. From the first phone call, even before I accepted their services, I was given professional advice. Callahan Law understands the procedures law enforcement is required to follow leading to an arrest. I was asked pertinent questions while it was fresh in my mind and they went about picking apart officer friendly's police report and video footage to find holes in the prosecutions case. They dug up other cases that were similar to mine and could help in my defense. There is no doubt in my mind my case was handled on a personal basis.
Linda has a long, involved history in DUI defense. That opinion is based on what I took away from my conversations with her, as well as her actions in and out of the courtroom. Prosecutors apparently don't mind voicing their opinions in the courtroom before a judge walks in. At these times I witnessed firsthand their respect for Linda; though she was never there to see it. As stated above; this was my second offense for a DUI. At one point the prosecution stated they had no intention of offering me a pre-trial diversion. I believe it was Callahan Laws experience and persistence that eventually got me a reduction in charges.
Don't hesitate. Impressive service. You won't be sorry.

I contacted Callahan Law after I received my first DUI, I also talked with over 8 different lawyers but Linda was the only one who seemed to actually care about my situation and wanted to help me whether I chose her firm or not. After deciding to use Callahan Law I met with one of their lawyers who was extremely helpful. Since this was my first DUI charge I had no idea what to expect but Stephen (the lawyer I met with) went through the whole process of what I should expect. Any time I would have a question I would call or text and they would get back to me immediately. Through this very stressful time they made it very easy and simple taking care of everything that they could. And no matter who I talked to they all were always very sincere and kind. I ended up getting my DUI reduced to a negligent driving. I would highly recommend this firm, they really do go above and beyond for their clients.

Although I did not work directly with Linda Callahan, I did have the pleasure in working with Callahan Law attorney Stephen Grant. My experience with Callahan Law was nothing short of amazing. I felt completely confident in the support I was given throughout my case. Stephen did a really thorough job with finding every point and detail that would benefit me in my situation and he took the time to effectively communicate with me on multiple fronts. He is very skillfully talented in what he does as an attorney and I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with him during a tough time in my life. I can positively walk away from my resolved case knowing that I received the best possible outcome. I am truly thankful.
William Head, DUI and DWI Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Linda Callahan is dynamite in a small package. Her clients know that Linda will always look for ways to win their DUI cases, and will fight all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary. Linda's natural ability to relate to people helps her in maintaining great client relations and in selecting juroes for trial. Her dedication to the practice has led to her authoring the Washington edition of my book, The DUI Book. Her text is the most readable of all my state co-authors, and a great asset for her clients. William C. Head Atlanta, GA
Robert Perez, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
There are very few lawyers in this state who have had the kind of impact on the legal landscape that Linda has earned. She is relentless, brilliant and a paragon of virtue who stands tall among her peers. I can't recommend anyone more highly than Linda when it comes to handling DUI and related cases. She sets a new bar for what is already an active and stellar DUI Defense community, and I heartily endorse her work.
