Julia Simmons is a rockstar of an attorney her entire staff and everyone at her office very dependable easy to get ahold of always return phone calls. She charged me half the money and got my case dismissed can't ask for more than that thank you.

no better than a public defender
Julia did not inform me of all my options for my dui case nor did she even try to fight to get me a better deal with the d.a. Now that the case has gone through she won't even return my phone calls and every time i try calling everyone has "stepped out"is the response i keep getting.A public defende...
I find this comment very interesting considering I meet with my clients in my office to discuss the strengths and weaknesses before any plea. I also tell my clients I specifically take every Monday off to do nothing but meet clients in my office and answer questions. All my office lines are sent directly to my cell phone in the evenings and weekends, and believe it or not I ACTUALLY PICK UP THE PHONE. To say that my assistant agreed with you is a bold face lie. Saying I don't return my calls is a bold face lie. I don't know of a single client who has spoken to me and told me they're upset with their negotiated offer. I don't pressure my clients into pleading. Look at my case results, they're dated and it shows I get cases dismissed frequently. I ask this client to call me and speak to me about your case. If you're so unhappy, we can withdraw the plea, and I won't charge you for that motion. I can't, however, promise I will be able to obtain the same deal.

julia gave me great honest information on how long my lisence was going to be suspended and what my options were to deal with it based on my dui conviction she responded quickly to my call on a sunday and was eager to help me thanks julia

Called to ask about fighting my DUI
I called Julia and she did not charge me for her consultation and told me since I had a BAC of .19 and the situation I was found in was not good that fighting the case may in fact be a waste of money because they are not going to have me serve jail time and I can get a restricted license after 30 day...

Amazing lawyer! Worst case, best outcome!
Julia Simmons saved my life. I came to her out on bail with 5 charges and a lot of priors. It sounds so cheesy, but I mean it sincerely, she was selflessly dedicated to my case. During my hearing I caught yet another case and still in the end received the mildest sentence with most of my charges drop...
