I had a civil issue I needed to find out about. I needed to know if he thought it was a good case or not. He spent quality time with me going over options he obviously knew because he is a knowledgeable professional. No other attorney's called me back out of 9 that I called. I recommend you give this guy a shout if you are looking. Thanks Jesse for your time.

My work with Jesse Wing marks the beginning of my taking control over my employment crisis. I retained him at a time when my previous legal counsel decided that she needed to take an emergency sabbatical . She left precipitously; leaving me with a large bill and no clear way out of the mess I faced at work. I felt stranded ;facing termination from a career that I had held and enjoyed for 30 years. At this difficult juncture, Jesse stepped in and helped me with my employment difficulties in a systematic, organized fashion.
He was supportive, while remaining clear headed and objective. He and his staff were organized, ethical, and always helpful; never judgmental. At a time when I felt emotionally injured he explained the pros and cons and hypothetical scenarios at every step. I never felt patronized and he always treated me with respect. By nature I am an anxious person; so was very relieved when he never appeared irritated with me.
Jesse reviewed the evidence I provided and remained laser sharp in focusing on what we needed to do. From my experience, having an objective, yet compassionate attorney is vital when one is facing termination from a job, regardless of tenure. Having an attorney like Jesse by your side, when you are facing employment crisis, is what you want.
He is also mindful of the costs to his client and his bills reflect this. He worked hard on my behalf toward resolution but reasonably (or not at all) for work that most attorneys would bill extravagantly for. His ethics, compassion, reliability, and inclusion of his client in the process is what you would want if you are facing employment problems.
Once he came aboard as my lawyer, Jesse was successful in securing a prompt solid resolution for me against the large institution I worked for, which was a great relief for me. I recommend Jesse to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, compassionate, skilled, and effective employment lawyer.

I incurred a brain injury while traveling on business in Japan in 2010. My employer, a very large pharma company, terminated me in 2011 while I was recovering. Jesse Wing represented me in my discrimination and wrongful termination law suit. Jesse was very patient and understanding throughout our case, which was litigated in arbitration. Jesse was very knowledgeable of federal and WA state law regarding every aspect affecting my case. He worked very closely with my workers compensation attorneys to ensure that every aspect of my case was managed effectively. Jesse was very honest and open with me regarding the challenges and difficulties with elements of my case, as well as the strong points and merits. Jesse is extremely thorough and detailed in his work and leaves nothing to chance. He covers every angle and prepares with exquisite detail. Having a deep understanding of the law and legal procedures the way he does, Jesse is able to prepare the necessary legal documents required with care, thoroughness and completeness that ensures success with his approach and strategy. During our trial, Jesse was up against four other attorneys representing my former employer. Jesse managed our trial with such precision and grace, I believe even the other attorneys were impressed. Our arbitration hearing was litigated over six days with many witnesses and thousands of documents in many binders. Jesse was very knowledge in every detail and knew the location of every document that he did not let anything get past him during the hearing. In the end, the judge found in our favor and made an award far beyond our expectations. After this 5-year ordeal, I can look back and say that the success of our case is not only due to the merits of the case, but also, and more importantly, on the skill, knowledge, ethics and personality of the attorney. I am convinced that there is no other attorney better than Jesse Wing in his field of expertise. If someone else has a case and is lucky enough to be represented by Jesse Wing, this is a big step in your favor towards a successful conclusion.
