My first impression of Jason was that of ease inspiring confidence. At no point in my case was Jason unprofessional or disrespectful. Beyond Jason's seemingly endless knowledge of his specialty in law, he possessed good relationships with the prosecuting attorney that proved as beneficial in this cas...e as his knowledge.

From the moment I acquired his services he fought hard for my life. Facing probable significant jail time & having a prior deferred prosecution DUI hanging in the balance of my new charge I was very nervous. Jason's advice was to fight my new DUI & not take a plea deal. I had faith in Jason's confide...nce & trusted his experience- we decided together it was in my best interest to fight the case. He put in motions to suppress evidence & was always there to take my calls (which is a unique trait to find in a lawyer). Anyways we ended up going the distance, all the way to a trial by jury in Everett. Jason has worked with me on a couple of DUI's and a traffic ticket. I could always reach him and he was great at following up with me. His office staff is very good, too. On first DUI, even though it was recorded on the trooper's camera, Jason hired an expert and we had sobriety test thrown out. J...ason also succeeded in getting the BAC test thrown out. We went to trial and won and not many DUI attorneys can say that. On second DUI, we got a deferral and I just completed the requirements in December, so no DUI's on my record.
