I did not feel that my time with Jim was handled well. Felt as if there was a lot of cases they were juggling and I was often referred to by the wrong name by staff. I was sent to doctors that were curious as to why I was there for the treatment I was seaking ultimately to have to stick with a terr...ible doctor in the end so that it did'nt look like we were "doctor shopping". I feel like I was pushed and pursuaded to go in a certain direction for the result of the case, only to at the end be left with not much for now, nor the future. My injuries are far from over and the monitary yieldings won't take care of the future at all. I hope that nobody that goes through a life altering situation will be met with insenstivety and low work rate I encountered. Do your homework, don't just settle for someone becuase you don't know any better. Not just the fault of this firm, shame on the union for nogotiating such poor terms when you need help the most.
