Mr. Egan represented me in a case where I could have lost my career as a commercial driver. James Egan's legal team is stellar! I blew a high BAC (over .20) after an odd stop. One attorney subpoenaed the video of my stop and used it to beat my license suspension. Other firm attorneys took similar information and coordinated a legal attack on the State's case, causing them to drop the D...UI. I will have no jail, no actual license suspension, no interlock device, and hardly any penalty at all!
