Hamilton is amazing! He represented myself and a small group of employees against a previous employer in a contractual dispute over an employeement agreement. Hamilton was always updating me along the way even just to say "still waiting" as is often the case in legal matters. He was readily avail...able via email and phone even when not in the office. Every time I called HE answered the phone. That is extremely valuable when you have a question and need a timely answer. Hamilton was very forthcoming about the strength our case and open and honest about the potential pitfalls. His recommendations and advice along the way were always honest and not sugar-coated. Our case was resolved in a timely manner due to his hard work and diligence. If you are looking for a fast-talking attorney that will make promises he cannot deliver then Hamilton is NOT for you. Mr. Gardiner actually answers the phone himself when I call! For the times he is unavailable, he always responds in a timely manner. Having dealt with several legal professionals over the years for various reasons, I can't say enough about how amazing that is. We (my husband and I) first contact...ed Hamilton in regard to reviewing and negotiating construction contracts for our business. Later, when we had a complicated contract dispute (a contract we didn't have him review unfortunately), he represented our firm and did a fabulous job. He was on top of the case and kept us informed.
