Ben  was born and raised in the Seattle area and served in the US Army after high school as an Airborne Infantry soldier in 2nd Ranger Battalion stationed at Fort Lewis.  Ben attended college on the GI Bill and received both his BA in History and Juris Doctor from the University of Washington.  Ben is a partner in the downtown Seattle law firm of Montgomery Purdue Blankinship & Austin PLLC, a general business firm of 25 attorneys in a variety of practice areas that support businesses and business owners.  Ben is a general business attorney and he focuses on commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis on employment, construction, real estate, and insurance disputes.
