Great results via professionalism, prepration and empathy

I contacted Aaron Wolff when I was charged with physical control. Aaron calmly ran me through the basics of the process and I hired him. Aaron prepared me for the steps I needed to take proactively (which I did including evaluations, courses and installing an IID) and was always available to explain the process and status of my case. The excellent prep paid off with a very good outcome for my case and situation - reckless driving with a de minimis fine, 24 hours of community service and the standard DOL suspension of 30 days. His professional acumen in this area of law is evident, as well as the ability to navigate and manage the actual hearing process (even during Covid-19). I would highly recommend Aaron if you, unfortunatley, find yourself in a similar predicament.

Worked Magic for me!

If you don’t read this post any further . . . I’ll get this in now . . . Aaron is your guy! I’ll save you from having to read paragraphs of why you should, with no doubt, hire Aaron Wolff for any DUI related issues. All the accolades and positive reviews on this site are true. This is where I found Aaron. 1. From the first moment, Aaron put me at ease and let me know it’s not the end of the world and I will get through my ordeal. He’s very personable and a super nice guy. 2. Arron truly cares and it shows. He had everything under control on day one. I didn’t have to worry at all. 3. I have a lot of anxiety. Aaron managed to keep my stress down through my entire year-long case. He handled every detail and let me be at peace. 5. Aaron was amazingly prompt at returning every single txt or call. Always under 10 minutes I would hear back from him. 6. I had an up-hill battle because I blew a rather high number on my BAC test. Arron laid everything out there for me and didn’t sugar-coat or promise a rosy outcome. But, a rosy outcome is exactly what he delivered. 7. I had to attend 3 pre-trial dates. I witnessed first hand how well respected Aaron is within the court system. He has a great rapport with everyone, including judges. 8. Aaron thought about things I had no idea could be an angle to give me a edge and a better chance for a positive outcome in my case. The District Court played hardball with my case because of my high BAC test results. Aaron made all the right moves and his strategy worked!!! He was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. I had a day in jail coming that was dropped. He was able to keep me from having an addition 9 months of an ignition interlock (breath test device in my car . . a huge pain and very expensive too)! When he called and told me the good news, I literally screamed with happiness (people at work asked me if I was ok). Aaron was able to get my sentencing down to 4-days of work crew, which is a group of people cleaning up some streets that really need it around Seattle. Super low key and easy. 7:30am to 3:30pm. Just finished my first two. Aaron really worked some magic for me! Do yourself a favor. If you don’t have a DUI defense attorney, hire Aaron Wolff. Amazing results!

Brilliant

Unfortunately, I found myself in need of a DUI attorney for a pretty complicated case last year. I had originally sought other counsel, but struggled to feel confident in that attorney's capabilities after our first several interactions. During this time, I had a friend who referred me to Aaron as, “the best," and so I took a leap of faith and retained him as my new legal counsel. Looking back now, I am so thankful I did. Look No Further!

I thought the worst possible case the night I was convicted and arrested for a DUI. I searched the following day for all the lawyers and upon reviews of all the options, Aaron was the clear favorite! I sent him an email and he called me within the hour where I gave him the brief overview of what transpired. From that moment on, he was there to walk me through every step of the year-long process while laying out all the options of what could happen. He is extremely attentive and personable. More than anything, he genuinely cares about you and your family and will work to get you the best possible outcome. He was even able to use my angle as having a career in education as a way to help the situation. Whatever Aaron tell you to do as early as possible (take classes, get an independent evaluation done, have IID installed, etc.), DO IT! Once you tell them Aaron Wolff represents you, every place smiles because they all say he is the best and it will help your case immensely. The outcome was even more favorable than I could have imagined of getting the DUI reduced to Reckless Driving with Deferred Status for all fines and no jail time! Even on the final day of court, the judge said I would have 32 hours of community service but Aaron respectfully responded that the deal was for 24 hours (which I had completed ahead of the court date) and the judge accepted it. It just shows he will work hard every second that he is part of your case. The courts respect Aaron and that alone is a HUGE benefit that you will not find in anyone else. If you ever, unfortunately, find yourself in this position, please reach out to Aaron and he will work as hard as possible to get you the best possible outcome. Thank you, Aaron!

The absolutely best

Aaron and his team are top notch! He truly wanted the best for me as a client and as a person. He always made a point to acknowledge any growth I made, and was with me every step of the way. Excellent attorney for navigating a tough road

Aaron was compassionate and understanding of all my questions during the process. Aaron is fantastic!

My experience with Aaron was fantastic. being charged with a DUI can be a petty scary and overwhelming experience. Aaron's knowledge and experience were obvious from the start. He was able to provide knowledge on what I should expect and actions I should take pre-emptively to have the best possible outomes in this unpleasant situation. He helped me schedule my assessment, victims panels, and gave me advice on interlock companies to work with(including ones to steer clear of!). He was on it in every way, though every step. He provided valuable information in real time, managed communications with the courts and most impotantly - listened and treated me like a human being. Saved My Life

When I got my DUI, I was devastated. As a working professional and someone currently in academia, I felt that my future would be and my life would be over. I knew if I was going to survive this, I needed this best help. I spoke with several lawyers, but I knew that Aaron was right for me from the moment he started talking. He was comforting and calming and explained the following steps to me. After I spoke with him, I felt that everything was going to be OK, that yes, I made a terrible decision, but I could learn from this mistake and carry on with my life. He made no promises but said he would do his absolute best to get the charge reduced. Aaron helped support me while navigating this process and quickly answered any questions I had. It is now 16 months after my DUI. The judge gave me the state minimum sentence about 11 months after the event and reduced my charge. I had difficulty accruing service hours due to a medical condition, and he helped me get an extension without hesitation. Aaron helped turn my humiliating, awful decision into a learning experience, and I am so thankful he agreed to work with me. I never doubted that Aaron had my back and would do everything he could to help me. He truly saved my life, and I am forever thankful for that.

Aaron is the perfect attorney for any DUI case.

Aaron came highly recommended when I was charged with a physical control DUI in 2017. He was knowledgeable and patient as he explained the process and encouraged me to accept a deferred prosecution. Fast forward two years later, I, unfortunately, received another physical control DUI which revoked my deferred. His communication and knowledge of the law were invaluable during my case, as was his tenacity in negotiating on my behalf. To my relief, he converted the mandatory 45 days jail to house arrest, which is not common. I would highly recommend Aaron for any DUI issues. My outcome was more than I could have hoped. Professional Results

I have worked with Aaron for 27 months on a DUI case. This was my 3rd DUI and “2nd in 7” in WA State. Very professional and compassionate

I got my first DUI and was in a bad state wondering how to deal with it. I was looking for lawyers online for consultation.
