I've never had a use a lawyer for anything before so I didn't know what to expect. I knew it wasn't going to be an easy case, so did he but be still took it on. After 2 denials I researched online and found this group online and liked the reviews. I had emailed a few offices but he called within 30... minutes and explained thoroughly and honestly. He did not tell me what to say but helped guide me in what would be honest in helping me in my difficult case (still in diagnosis phase). Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful and caring to my needs. Even when DSHS found out I was using him they spoke highly of him. Definitely would recommend!!

I took in my son's disabled girlfriend almost three years ago and shortly after, filed for SSI for her. We were, of course, denied and our appeal was also denied so we had to request a hearing. I had no idea what to expect or what to do for the hearing so I called Mr. Gustad's office for help. The...y mailed me documents to complete and return and I did not have to do anything after that or worry about anything. They took care of getting any necessary information/documentation, submitting anything to Social Security before the hearing, etc. We had a short phone call the day before the hearing to go over things and then met at the courthouse the day of the hearing. It all went very smooth and the hearing was over pretty quickly. Mr. Gustad met with us for a few minutes after the hearing to let us know the decision was favorable and what to expect next. I would highly recommend hiring Mr. Gustad for help with your SSI/SSDI claim. The only wish I had hired him earlier in the process and we probably would have had this resolved much earlier.
