Claim had challenges, which ends so many cases unjustly. Just got the news that after; phone hearing today, it w...as approved. Mr. Gustad is a "Rock Star," in this arena as well as VA and civil law. I helped my brother apply for Social Security disability and it was denied. I appealed and that was denied also. At that point, we contacted the Gustad law firm. They accepted my brother's case immediately. There was a lot of waiting time to actually get to the ALJ level. I don't know exactly w...hat Gustad did behind the scenes as far as gathering current medical information but the representative who showed up at the ALJ hearing was well informed and effective and he knew which facts to stress to the ALJ. The outcome was a retroactive SS disability award.
