Thank goodness I didn't qualify for a public defender!
Unfortunately, I've needed true legal counsel twice in my life - several years ago for my daughter, and most recently, for myself. There was no way, in either situation, that I would have been able to go it alone, and I didn't qualify for a public defender.
Fortunately, when my daughter needed help, I saw Mr. Rodriguez' ad in the back of a weekly paper and made the call. Honestly, within just a few minutes, I felt a real sense of hope and relief. I was so lost, and knew nothing about the legal processes involved in my daughter's case.
In the end, he had my daughter's charges dismissed, and the court practically apologized for their initial misjudgment of her.
I recently needed legal representation for myself, and immediately knew who I was going to call - Mr Rodriguez. I was again in a situation that I could not have managed on my own. When I heard his voice, and he said "Yes, I can help.", that sense of hope and relief came back.
Well, once again, he prevailed in court. Prior to our appearance, we had discussed what I hoped would be the court's decision, and, in the end, the decision was even better than we'd hoped for.
Mr. Rodriguez is very easy to talk with. I never felt judged by him. He instills a real sense of confidence, and a feeling that everything will be ok. His ethics are commendable, and he is always very professional. It was great having a person like him defending me.
Thank you again
Kevin Trombold, DUI and DWI Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I have known Francisco since he was a young public defender working the trenches of the criminal courts. He was and remains one of the most diligent attorneys I know. His focus on justice against the tide of injustice makes him a leader among lawyers. I endorse this lawyer.
Juanita Holmes, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I wholeheartedly endorse Francisco "Tito" Rodriguez's work. I co-tried a murder case with him that resulted in an acquittal, thanks largely to his rigorous advocacy. His thoughtful and sensitive direct examination of our client helped the jury understand that our client acted in self-defense.
