I have had David Myers as my attorney who was represented me in an auto accident case, and all I can say is that this man really does his job. I don't like to do any reviews, but in this case I felt that I had it do it.

Mike and his team were extremely helpful after I was hit on my motorcycle. I can't imagine going through all this by myself and am thankful for the help of Myers & Company to get me back on my feet and help me fight for what's rightfully mine.

As my children and I were on our way home from purchasing tiles and paint to make coasters as Christmas gifts, our lives were forever changed in an instant. A driver that had a license suspension and was also supposed to be utilizing a interlock system due to previous drunk driving incidents, ran a red light causing my vehicle to be scattered over the roadway and myself and my children severe injury. Since last year, my son has been fighting to get his life back. He was diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury immediately following the accident.
As any mom would do, I knew I had to be the help HE needed, leaving me unable to juggle everything else. I called Mr. Myers and staff after coming across a newsletter in my email. My call was returned by Tianna Pak. I was devastated and could barely find words to ask for their help. She immediately stopped me, kindly gathering the most pertinent information to make the determination of whether or not they could help me. Within hours, she called me back explaining that Michael Myer's would help us! As you could imagine, this was a huge weight off my shoulders.
Myer's and Company has been fighting the fight ever since. They have been fighting a battle that we cannot. During the whole process, they keep us updated. More importantly, they consistently checked on us and remain concerned about our progress medically and mentally. They answer my questions right away and I have full faith and trust that they have our best interest always.
Let's face it, it is never easy to be in a position where you need a lawyer. It is never easy to face a challenge you were never prepared for. Most of all, it is never easy to have everything change in mere minutes. I always tell my kids, "there is a blessing in every situation, you just have to find it!". Shortly after the accident, we were contacted by local law enforcement who explained the legal process. They made us aware of a few things regarding the incident and the driver that hit us. During this process, my son found out that the person at fault returned to a regular life free of physical injury. We were also made aware that he was bailed shortly after being booked. My son, in his teens, was so angry. I remember him screaming "Do you see me?, Where is the blessing MOM?!!, I am here like this and he walked away!" I must say, I had a rough time answering this question. I explained that God doesn't give us more than we can handle (like a teen wants to hear that), I also explained that that person has to live with his choices, which is sometimes harder than that of physical limitations. However, two days later, I came across a newsletter in my email from Myer's and Co. I didn't think they could help as I didn't have uninsured motorist and the driver who hit us didn't even have a valid license but, they are still fighting for us! Every time we get an update, I show my son his "blessing". Sometimes in life, we have battles that though may not have been because of our choices but that of others, we have to tackle. Though seemingly unfair and unjust, when we are faced in these predicaments, sometimes, the only fight we have in us is that of our ability to get our health back. Myer's and Company has allowed for all of our focus to be on recovery from our injuries. I cannot say how much that means to me! As for my son, he is grateful as well and continues to fight!! We are truly thankful to have these guys in our corner and we honestly would recommend them to anyone in need of a amazing accident/injury lawyer. As an amazing team, Myer's and Company works together to fight for us daily! We are kept in the "loop" as to where things are at and if anything is needed they let us know right away.

I was hit by a car while crossing the street and I suffered some serious injuries. The medical bills came by the dozens and I was in no shape to handle all the paperwork I needed to. I'm so grateful to Mike and Erika for all their help and for fighting the good fight. They not only sought a settlement but they helped me get the medical bills paid by the PIP for the driver who hit me. I was so overwhelmed I would have likely ended up with bills in collections without their help. No amount of money can make this kind of situation worth it, but the amount they settled for will make a world of difference in our lives going forward. I couldn't be happier with their work on my case.

How does one describe "The Best in the Field"? For Michael Myers, all the superlatives are there: he is trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable and readily available. But what of the person? Now I'm built close to the ground: 5'1" to be exact. Upon meeting Myers for the first time, I found myself looking skyward to a giant of a man I would guess towers around 6'5". I was just a "slip-and-fall" case, the proverbial banana peel on the ground situation, and he told me right away my case matched many others of its kind. But that didn't mean I didn't deserve a fair settlement. Although there were facts that possibly could be proved otherwise, the defendant was clearly negligent and Myers proceeded with as much haste as practice allows. Throughout all of my encounters with him, I found him to be a person of great gentleness with a clear mind and knowledge of personal injury law that matched his stature. He did all the right things: he answered my phone calls and e-mails promptly, he was entirely reassuring as the case proceeded, and he proved himself to be a most effective mediator in securing the best possible settlement for me. Clearly he is "The Best in his Field." I can heartily recommend him.

Michael Well, their aren't enough superlatives that can be bestowed upon Michael Myers and his talents and work that he bestows upon his clients. In my wife's case, which was somewhat problematic, he demonstrate and used all the wonderful qualities and attributes that make him such a wonderful attorney. My Father was an attorney, and a very good one, so I have first hand knowledge of the life of a lawyer. To top off a wonderful experience was the manner in which Michael created what I perceive a genuine friendship which I will treasure always.

I am very pleased that Myers and Company represented me during my first-ever personal injury that occurred over a year ago. He helped me to understand the long legal process in order to achieve the best settlement outcome from beginning to end. He used all communication methods (email, online video, phone) after my relocation to another state to keep me informed on the progress. This sudden life-altering injury was a very stressful period which led to major changes in my life. Mike and his firm were sensitive and very supportive of my needs during the entire time. I am very happy that we can finally put this incident behind us with the net funds for rehabilitation. Thank you very much Mike!

Mike handled a tricky case for us against the City of Bellingham, Whatcom County and the State of Washington. We were delighted with the result which far exceeded expectations.

I was in a car accident and hired a well known east side Firm and didn't get good response or did they work hard on my case.
Things changed and went into drive when I switched firms.
Mike and TIanna are Top notch and responsive.
If you want proven Results let them help you like they did me.
